Balaji Manpower Recruitment Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Fabrication Welder.

Job Details

• Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month (for 26 days / 8 hours per day)
• Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

Job Responsibilities

1. Carry out fabrication and welding work using MIG/ARC welding as per job requirements.
2. Read and understand basic fabrication drawings and measurements.
3. Cut, fit, align, and weld metal components for structures, frames, and assemblies.
4. Ensure weld quality and dimensional accuracy through visual inspection and finishing.
5. Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and maintain tools and work area properly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1-4 years of experience as a Fabrication Welder.
• Knowledge of fabrication tools, welding machines, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• ITI / welding certification preferred.
• Physically fit for factory or site work.
