Important Instructions and Eligibility Criteria

  1. Only female candidates are eligible for the advertised posts.
  2. Educational Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (12th pass) or equivalent. Merit list will be prepared based on the highest academic qualification, up to post-graduation.
  3. Application Mode: Only online applications will be accepted. Offline applications will not be considered under any circumstances.
  4. Last Date for Online Application: 08.12.2025, until midnight.
  5. Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as of 01.07.2025. The date of birth recorded in the High School mark sheet/certificate will be valid for age verification.
  6. Priority: Preference will be given to widowed, legally divorced, or abandoned women from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward (in urban areas).
  7. Proof of Status:
    • For widowed women: Death certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer or concerned Nagar Nikay and a certified copy of the family register.
    • For legally divorced/abandoned women: A legal order issued by the Hon'ble High Court.
  8. Next Priority: If eligible candidates from point 6 are not available, then non-BPL widowed, legally divorced, or abandoned women from the same Gram Sabha/Ward (in urban areas) will be considered.
  9. Further Priority: If candidates from point 8 are also not available, then women from BPL families residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be considered.
  10. Residence and Caste Certificates: Only online digitally signed residence and caste certificates issued by the Tehsildar will be accepted, provided their online verification is possible.
  11. Application Process:
    • Applicants must fill the online form carefully and accurately, as available on the departmental website https://upanganwadibharti.in.
    • Self-attested, clear, and readable copies of all documents mentioned in the online form must be uploaded.
  12. Disqualification: If any error, false information, or forged documents related to marks/grades or educational qualifications are found, the candidature will be immediately cancelled. Applicants will be solely responsible for such discrepancies. Offline applications for corrections will not be entertained.
  13. Income Certificate: As per Government Order No. 22/2015/2123/26-2-2015 dated 14.09.2015 (as amended) issued by the Social Welfare Section-2, Government of Uttar Pradesh, the annual income limit is Rs. 46,080.00 for rural areas and Rs. 56,460.00 for urban areas. Online verification of digitally signed income certificates issued by the Tehsildar will be accepted.
  14. Family Restriction: Two women from the same family are not eligible for appointment as Anganwadi Worker/Helper at a single Anganwadi center.
  15.
