Combined Section Officers' (Grade 'B') Limited Departmental Competitive Examination 2025 Result

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the results of the written examination (Part-I) for the Combined Section Officers' (Grade 'B') Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2025. The examination was conducted on the 13th and 14th of December, 2025.

Candidates whose roll numbers are mentioned in the official press note have qualified for the next stage (Part-II) of the examination, which involves the evaluation of their service records.

Important Information

  • Candidature Status: The candidature of all qualified candidates is purely provisional and is subject to review. Candidature can be cancelled if a candidate is found to be ineligible at any stage of the examination process.
  • Mark Sheets: The mark sheets of the candidates will be uploaded on the Commission's website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result. They will remain available on the website for a period of 30 days.
  • Final Selection: The final selection of candidates, including those from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and PwBDs categories, will be determined based on instructions issued by the Department of Personnel & Training and will be subject to the final outcome of Civil Appeal No. 629 of 2022 arising out of SLP (C) No. 30621/2011.
  • Sealed Result: The written result of one candidate (Roll No. 6400002) pertaining to Category-XI is kept in a sealed cover.

Facilitation Counter

Candidates can obtain information or clarification regarding their results from the Facilitation Counter at the UPSC campus in person or over the telephone on any working day between 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.
