Result of 2nd Stage CBT-II and Shortlisting of Candidates for CBTST for NTPC (Under-Graduate) Posts Against CEN No. 06/2024

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Mumbai has announced the result of the 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-II) conducted on 20th December 2025 for the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Under-Graduate posts against CEN No. 06/2024. Candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for the Computer Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST).

Shortlisting Details

  • Candidates have been shortlisted based on their merit in the 2nd Stage CBT.
  • Category-wise shortlisting is based on the candidate's marks in CBT-II, provided they have scored more than the cut-off marks of CBT-I in their respective communities.
  • Candidates shortlisted under reservation benefits (OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/EWS, PwBD, ExSM) will continue to be considered under these categories for all subsequent stages.
  • The final shortlisting for Document Verification will be based on the performance in both the 2nd Stage CBT and CBTST.
  • The date for the CBTST will be notified in due course.

Viewing Results and Scorecard

Candidates can view their individual results and scorecard by logging into the RRB portal using their Registration Number and Date of Birth. This facility will be available from 23.01.2026, 07:00 PM onwards. Upon logging in, candidates can also view their question paper along with the correct answers.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  • The candidature of all qualified candidates is purely provisional and is liable to be cancelled at any stage of recruitment if any inconsistency, deficiency, or malpractice is found.
  • Merely being called for the CBTST does not entitle a candidate to an appointment in the Railways.
  • RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors or typographical mistakes.
  • Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official RRB website for updates.
  • Important: Beware of touts who may misguide candidates with false promises. The recruitment process is fully computerized, and selection is based solely on the merit of the candidates.
