This notice announces the Round-2 Schedule for Document Verification (DV), genuineness of candidature, and Medical Examination for the posts of Various Categories of Paramedical. The scheduled date for DV is October 15, 2025, with a block date of October 31, 2025.

Document Verification & Medical Examination Schedule

Candidates provisionally shortlisted for Round-2 Document Verification and Medical Examination are advised to report as per the schedule below:

  • Date and Time of Document Verification: October 15, 2025, at 09:30 AM
  • Block Date for Absentee Candidates: October 31, 2025
  • Reporting Address: Office of Railway Recruitment Board/Muzaffarpur, Lichi Bagan, Maripur, Muzaffarpur, Bihar -842001.

Posts and Candidates:

  • Post: Nursing Superintendent (Cat No. 01)
    • Total: 01 (One Candidate only)
  • Post: Pharmacist (Entry Grade (Cat No. 11))
    • Total: 01 (One Candidate only)

Important Instructions

  1. Reporting: Candidates with the specified Roll Numbers are provisionally shortlisted and must report to the office of Railway Recruitment Board/Muzaffarpur as per the scheduled date and time.
  2. E-Call Letter: SMS/email alerts are being sent to registered mobile/email IDs for downloading e-call letters from RRB's website.
  3. Documents for DV: Candidates must produce all original documents along with two sets of A4 size photocopies as detailed in the CEN and the e-call letter issued for Document Verification.
  4. Photographs: Bring six (6) passport-size color photographs not more than one month old. Also bring the Candidate's foil of the e-call letter of CBT.
  5. Spelling Discrepancies: In case of variations in spelling of name/father's name in the online application and original certificates/documents, an affidavit executed before a Magistrate or Notary on required stamp papers, stating the referred person is one & same, must be submitted on the date of verification.
  6. Failure to Produce Documents: No additional time will be given for failing to produce original certificates/relevant affidavit on the scheduled DV date. Candidature will be forfeited/cancelled.
  7. Medical Examination: The medical examination will be conducted on the next working day after DV at Railway hospitals. Candidates will be informed about the specific hospital after DV completion.
  8. Medical Fee: Candidates must pay a prescribed medical fee of Rs 24/- only. No other charges are to be paid to the Hospitals/Health Unit for the medical examination. In rare cases requiring investigations like CT scan, Ultra Sound, etc., where facilities are not available in the Railway Hospital/Health Unit, candidates may have to make payments directly to the concerned laboratory/hospital.
  9. Provisional Candidature: The candidature of all shortlisted candidates is purely provisional and liable to be cancelled at any recruitment stage or thereafter, if any inconsistency/deficiency/discrepancy is detected in the information furnished online, or if any malpractice is found.
  10. No Entitlement to Appointment: Merely being shortlisted or called for Document Verification/Medical Examination does not entitle a candidate to an appointment in the Railways.
  11. Rectification of Errors: While every care has been taken in preparing the result, RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors or typographical/printing mistakes. RRB will not entertain any correspondence on this matter.
  12. Beware of Touts: Candidates are warned against touts who may mislead them with false promises of job selection for illegal consideration. The RRB recruitment process is fully computerized and selection is based on merit only. Candidates should visit official RRB websites for regular updates and information.

Document Upload Instructions (From Page 2)

  1. RRB Document Verification Portal: Candidates are advised to upload required documents on the RRB Document Verification portal: https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/. Follow the instructions provided on the portal.
  2. Portal Activity: The portal will be active for uploading documents from 10 days prior to the DV date and will close on the DV date.
  3. Block Date for Absentees: The block date for Document Verification for absentee candidates is October 31, 2025. Failure to report on the scheduled date will lead to rejection of candidature unless supported by documentary evidence (e.g., university/government examination or sickness). No other reason for absence will be considered. No fresh e-call letter will be issued for the block date.
