Subject: Proforma for Medical Certificate for Shortlisted Ex-Servicemen Candidates for CBAT for Station Master Post

This notice provides the proforma for a medical certificate required for ex-servicemen candidates shortlisted for the Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) for various NTPC Graduate Posts under CEN – 05/2024.

Important Instructions:

  1. Medical Certificate Requirement: In continuation of the notice dated 2025-12-16, a proforma for a medical certificate to be obtained from an eye specialist by ex-servicemen candidates aged 35 years or more is attached.
  2. Applicability of Proforma: This specific proforma is applicable only if the age of the ex-servicemen candidate is 35 years or more by the date of the medical fitness test. If the candidate's age is less than 35 years, the proforma as per Annexure-VI of CEN No. 05/2024 will be applicable.
  3. Original Certificate: Shortlisted ex-servicemen candidates for CBAT must present the original medical certificate at the time of entry to the CBAT. Failure to do so will result in denial of permission to appear in the CBAT.
  4. Official Updates: Candidates are advised to refer only to the official websites of the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) for the latest updates regarding the recruitment process. Please do not be misled by unverified sources.
  5. Caution Against Touts: Candidates are warned against touts who may make false promises of securing jobs in exchange for illegal benefits. Selection in RRB is based solely on Computer Based Tests and the merit of the candidates.
