Opportunity To Appeal For Re-Medical Examination For Candidates Declared Unfit For Level-6 Posts Under Cen No. 03/2024 (JE, DMS, CMA, CS And MS)

This notice is issued by the Railway Recruitment Board, Bilaspur, regarding the Centralized Employment Notice (CEN) No. 03/2024 for various Level-6 posts (JE, DMS, CMA, CS & MS). It provides an opportunity for candidates declared medically unfit to appeal for a re-medical examination.

Background

Candidates for Level-6 posts under CEN No. 03/2024 underwent document verification from August 11, 2025, to August 21, 2025, with block dates on October 24, 2025, and November 04, 2025. Following this, candidates were sent for medical examination to Divisional Railway Hospitals. A list of candidates declared medically unfit for the prescribed medical standard A-3 has been published.

Unfit Candidates

A total of 3 candidates have been declared medically unfit (C-1 fitness) for Medical Standard A-3. The detailed list of roll numbers and their medical fitness status is available in the original notification.

Appeal for Re-Medical Examination

Candidates who have been declared unfit for Medical Standard A-3 or lower medical categories and wish to appeal for a re-medical examination must submit their application in the prescribed formats (Annexure-I and Annexure-II) by January 08, 2026.

  • Eligibility for Appeal: Only candidates who appeared for the medical examination and were declared unfit are eligible to appeal. Candidates who were absent for the medical examination or were discharged are not eligible.
  • Process: Appeals will be considered based on the consent of the Principal Chief Medical Director, South East Central Railway, Bilaspur. Re-examination will be conducted by a Medical Board.
  • Application Submission: Applications must be submitted to the Railway Recruitment Board, Bilaspur office.
  • Fee: A fee of Rs. 1000/- is required for the re-medical examination. This amount must be paid via a Demand Draft (DD) payable to "PFA/SECR/Bilaspur" at Bilaspur. The DD should be submitted prior to being sent for the re-medical examination.
