Educational Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (12th pass) or equivalent. Merit list will be prepared based on the highest educational qualification, up to Post-graduation.2. Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age as of July 01, 2025. The date of birth recorded on the High School marksheet and certificate will be considered valid for age verification.3. Priority 1: Preference will be given to widow/legally divorced/abandoned women from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward (in urban areas).4. Proof for Priority 1:* For widows: Certified copy of the death certificate issued by Gram Panchayat Officer/concerned Nagar Nikay and family register.* For divorced/abandoned women: Legal order issued by the Hon'ble High Court.5. Priority 2: If no candidates from Priority 1 are found, preference will be given to widow/legally divorced/abandoned women from Above Poverty Line (APL) families residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward (in urban areas).6. Priority 3: If no candidates from Priority 1 and 2 are found, preference will be given to other women from BPL families residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward (in urban areas).7. Residence and Caste Certificate: Only online digitally signed residence and caste certificates issued by the Tehsildar will be accepted, subject to online verification.8. Income Certificate: Only online income certificates issued by the competent authority as per U.P. Government Revenue Section-9, Government Order No. 3959/1-9-11-10-9 dated September 30, 2021 (as amended), will be accepted, subject to online verification.9.
