Schedule for Document Verification & Medical Examination\n\nThis notice announces the schedule for Document Verification (DV) and Genuineness of candidature, followed by Medical Examination (Round-3) for candidates shortlisted under CEN No. 04/2024 (Paramedical) by the Railway Recruitment Board, Gorakhpur.\n\n### Key Dates and Venue\n\n* Date of Document Verification (Technician - III): 2025-10-23 at 09:30 Hrs.\n* Total Candidates: 17 candidates are listed for DV (specific candidate IDs are provided in the original notice).\n* Venue: Office of the Railway Recruitment Board, Railway Station Road, Gorakhpur-273012 (UP)\n\n### Important Instructions for Candidates\n\n1. E-Call Letter & ID Proofs: Candidates must bring their e-call letter for document verification, which can be downloaded from the official website of RRB Gorakhpur (www.rrbgkp.gov.in). It must be produced at the entry of the DV venue. Also, bring one original valid & current photo ID proof and Address ID proof as presented during CBTs.\n2. Documents: All original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies of all documents are required at the time of DV. If certificates are not in English/Hindi, self-attested translated versions (in Hindi/English) must be produced. Documents should be in prescribed formats. No additional time will be given for producing original certificates, and candidature may be forfeited/cancelled if not produced on the DV date.\n3. Photographs & CBT-1 E-Call Letter: Bring six (6) passport-size colour photographs (not more than one month old) for DV and Medical Examination. Candidates must also bring their foil of the e-call letter for CBT-1.\n4. Prohibited Items: Mobile phones are not permitted during document verification (DV) or Medical Examination.\n5. Medical Test: Candidates are required to attend a Medical Test (Examination) after Document Verification by paying Rs. 24/- towards the medical examination fee at the DV venue. The date and place of the Medical Examination will be intimated during DV, and the Admit card for the Medical Test will be issued at that time. Candidates should be prepared to stay for more than 4 days for DV/Medical examination at their own cost.\n6. Belongings at Hospital: Candidates are advised not to bring their belongings to Railway Hospitals as no storage facility is available. They should carry only the Medical Test Admit card, one original valid & current Photo ID, and Address ID proof. No fees will be charged at the Hospital for medical examination; thus, candidates should not carry cash for this purpose.\n\n### Block Date for Absentee Candidates\n\n* Date: 2025-11-03 at 10:00 Hrs.\n* This is a second and final chance for candidates who fail to report for DV on their assigned regular dates due to valid reasons (e.g., University/Government examination or sickness). No other reasons will be considered. No fresh e-call letter will be sent; candidates can attend with the same e-call letter uploaded for regular DV.
