Provisional Part Panel and Result for 2nd Round DV for the Post of Assistant Loco Pilot

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Ranchi has released the provisional part panel for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot against CEN No. 01/2024. The panel papers of the selected candidates have been forwarded to the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, South Eastern Railway, Garden Reach, Kolkata.

Empanelment Status

A total of 458 candidates have been included in the provisional part panel.

Other Candidate Statuses

Further to the empanelment, the status of other candidates is as follows:

• Medical Examination Pending: The medical examination for 3 candidates is still pending.
• Candidature Rejected/Cancelled: The candidature of 9 candidates has been rejected or cancelled for the following reasons:
  • NOC not submitted
  • Caste mismatch
  • Absconded from Medical Examination
• Medically Unfit: 20 candidates have been found medically unfit in the Aye-1 (A1) medical category.
• Absent in Document Verification: 21 candidates were absent during the Document Verification process.

Shortlisted for 2nd Round of Document Verification

To fill the shortfall arising from absentees, rejections, and unfit candidates, a list of 50 candidates has been provisionally shortlisted from the merit list for a 2nd round of Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination (ME). The detailed schedule for the DV and ME will be published on the official RRB Ranchi website in due course.
