The Union Public Service Commission had previously uploaded the schedule for the Personality Test of the Engineering Services Examination, 2025, on its official website on 2025-10-03. Due to administrative reasons, the Personality Test schedule for candidates belonging to the Civil Engineering discipline (originally scheduled from 2025-11-10 to 2025-11-20) and the Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering discipline (originally scheduled from 2025-11-17 to 2025-11-20) has been revised and re-scheduled. All concerned candidates are hereby informed that they must download their revised e-Summon Letters from the Commission's website. Candidates are advised to carefully check the revised dates and appear for the Personality Test accordingly.
Based on the results of the Engineering Services (Main) Examination, 2025, which were declared by the Union Public Service Commission on 2025-09-04, the Commission has decided to commence the Personality Tests (Interviews) for the Engineering Services (Main) Examination, 2025, with effect from 2025-10-13.
Personality Test Schedule for 1376 candidates:
e-Summon Letters: The e-Summon Letters for Personality Tests (Interviews) will be made available shortly. Candidates can download them from the Commission's official website: https://www.upsc.gov.in. Requests for changes in the date and time of the Personality Test (Interview) will ordinarily not be entertained.
Travelling Expenses Reimbursement: Candidates appearing for the Interview will be granted reimbursement for travelling expenses. This reimbursement is restricted to Second/Sleeper class train fare (Mail Express). In cases where candidates travel by any other mode or class, the reimbursement will be processed as per S.R.-132 and the Commission's guidelines.
