Vice President: 60.00* Bifurcation of Annual CTC: Fixed Pay (90% of CTC), Variable Pay (10% of CTC), Annual Increment Band (7% to 10%).* Contract Period: 3 Years, renewable for an additional 2 years at the discretion of the bank (total maximum 5 years).* Termination: Contract can be terminated with 90 Days' notice from either side or payment/surrender of 90 Days' compensation in lieu thereof.* Other Perks: NO.### Educational Qualifications & ExperienceBasic Qualifications (Mandatory for all posts):

  • BE/ BTech degree in any discipline from a university/institution/board recognized by the Government of India or approved by Government Regulatory bodies.
  • OR MCA / M.E./ MTech / MSc in any discipline from a university/institution/board recognized by the Government of India or approved by Government Regulatory bodies.

Preferred Qualifications (for all posts):

  • An advanced degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology.
  • Preferred Certifications (for all posts): CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, MBA (Technology Management).

Work Experience:

  • Centre Head (CH): Overall 20+ years, with at least 8-10 years in IT/Cyber/IT Security Innovation/Cyber Research/IT Project Management, including experience in working in or setting up a CoE.
  • Senior Vice President (SVP) - Cyber Policy & Cyber Academy: Overall 15+ years, with at least 8-10 years in Cyber policy and Cyber Defense at a senior level. Preferred experience in a cyber security-related advisory environment or setting up/working in a CoE.
  • Senior Vice President (SVP) - Cyber Advisory: Overall 15+ years, with at least 8-10 years in Cyber Threat defense at a senior level. Preferred experience in a cyber security-related advisory environment.
  • Senior Vice President (SVP) - Cyber Innovation & Research: Overall 15+ years, with at least 8-10 years in Innovation/relevant R&D experience. Preferred experience in setting up/working in a CoE.
  • Dy. Vice President - Cyber Policy Hub: Overall 12+ years, with at least 8-10 years in Cyber Policy. Preferred experience in a cyber security-related Policy/Governance environment or setting up/working in a CoE.
