Schedule for 2nd round of Document Verification and Medical Examination for the posts of Nursing Superintendent and Pharmacist (Entry Grade)

  1. The list of candidates shortlisted for the 2nd round of Document Verification (DV) for the posts of Nursing Superintendent and Pharmacist (Entry Grade) was published on the official website of RRB, Ranchi on 23.09.2025.
  2. Candidates with the Roll Numbers given in the Annexure are provisionally shortlisted for Document Verification & Genuineness of Candidature and Medical Examination as per the schedule below. Candidates are advised to report as per the scheduled date and time mentioned to the office of Railway Recruitment Board, Railway Offices Complex, Chutia, Ranchi- 834001.
  3. SMS/email alerts are being sent to candidates' registered mobile/email ID for downloading their e-call letter from the link provided at RRB's website.
  4. Candidates are advised to read the detailed instructions given in the DV e-call letter carefully and bring all the required certificates/documents in original.
  5. Candidates called for DV should produce all original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies on A4 size paper as detailed in the CEN and e-call letter issued for DV.
  6. Those candidates called for DV may note that after completion of DV, they will be sent for Medical Examination at nominated Railway Hospitals within the jurisdiction of RRB, Ranchi. Candidates are required to come prepared to stay for four to five days. A prescribed medical fee of Rs. 24/- is payable. No other charges are to be paid to the Hospitals/Health Unit for the medical examination. In rare cases, where investigations like CT Scan, Ultra Sound, or tests to rule out refractive eye surgery are required, and facilities are not available in the Railway Hospital/Health Unit, candidates may have to make the requisite payment to the concerned laboratory/Hospital.
  7. Candidates are advised to bring Six (6) passport-size colour photographs not more than one month old. Candidates must also bring their Candidate's foil of the e-call letter of CBT.
  8. In case of variation in spelling in name/father's name in the online application and original certificates/documents, candidates are required to submit a relevant affidavit executed before a Magistrate or Notary on required stamp papers stating that the referred person in the certificate(s) is one & the same.
  9. Candidates who fail to appear on the scheduled date must appear on the block date given in the Annexure. Failure to report for Document Verification on the scheduled date or Block date will lead to rejection of candidature, and no correspondence will be entertained. No fresh e-call letter will be issued for the block date.
  10. No additional time will be given to candidates who fail to produce their original certificates/NOC for serving employees/relevant affidavit on the scheduled date of DV, and the candidature of such candidates is liable to be forfeited/cancelled.
  11. The candidature of all shortlisted candidates is purely provisional and is liable to be cancelled at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, in case of any inconsistency/deficiency/discrepancy detected in the information furnished by them in their online application or any malpractice on their part coming to the notice at any stage of the recruitment process or thereafter.
  12. Merely shortlisting or calling a candidate for Document Verification/Medical Examination does not entitle them in any way to an appointment in the Railways.
  13. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical/printing mistake etc. RRB regrets the inability to entertain any correspondence on this account from the candidates.

Important:

Beware of touts who may misguide candidates with false promises of getting them selected for the job on illegal consideration. The recruitment process in RRB exams is fully computerized, and selection is based on merit only. Please visit the official website of RRBs for regular updates and information.

Important Instruction:

Candidates are advised to upload clear images of all documents, colour scanned copy of their passport-size photograph and signature in the RRB Document Verification portal https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/ duly following the instructions mentioned therein. This portal will be active for uploading from 10 days prior to the date of DV and closes on the date of DV.
