This notice is issued by the Railway Recruitment Board, Gorakhpur, regarding the provisional panel for Level-2 under CEN No. 01/2024 for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP).
Selection Process: The provisional panel has been prepared based on candidates' performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT), Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT), and Document Verification cum-Medical Examination conducted from 2025-10-14 to 2025-10-16 for the notified posts of ALP under CEN 01/2024.
Shortlisted Roll Numbers: The following roll numbers have been provisionally shortlisted to empanel for the Post of Assistant Loco Pilot, Category-1, (NER). The roll numbers are arranged horizontally in ascending order, not in order of merit:
Exclusions: Candidates with shortcomings in submitted documents, unfulfilled educational/technical qualifications, issues with biometric verification, genuineness of candidature, or medical unfitness in the prescribed medical category have not been included in this result.
Tie-Breaking Criteria: In cases where two or more candidates secure the same marks, the merit position is determined by age criteria, with older persons placed higher. If age is also the same, alphabetical order (A to Z) of the candidate's name is used to break the tie.
Provisional Candidature: All candidatures are purely provisional and are liable to be cancelled if any inconsistency, deficiency in furnished data, or mal-practice is found at any stage of the recruitment/appointment process. Mere placement in this provisional result does not guarantee appointment in the railway.
Rectification of Errors: While due care has been taken, RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors or typographical/printing mistakes in this provisional part result.
Further Appointment Action: The names of candidates in this provisional result will be forwarded to the Principal Chief Personnel Officer/ North Eastern Railway/ Gorakhpur. The appointment process will proceed after due verification and fulfillment of eligibility criteria, including the production of Original/Current Certificates for Educational/Technical Qualification, Date of Birth, Caste (EWS, OBC), Past Character, and Antecedents/Affidavits, as per the centralized notification.
Affidavit Requirement: All candidates are required to submit an affidavit confirming the genuineness and validity of their Degree/Diploma and Caste certificates.
