Revised Counseling Schedule 2025 for UPJEE (Polytechnic)

A revised schedule for the online counseling for the 2025 session has been released for qualified candidates of the UPJEE (Polytechnic) examination for Groups A, B, C, D, F, G, H, I, K1 to K8 & L. The counseling is divided into two phases.

Phase 1: Main Counselling Schedule (Rounds 1-3)

This phase is for qualified candidates from the state of Uttar Pradesh.

This phase is for all non-admitted candidates who appeared in UPJEE (Polytechnic)-2025, including qualified candidates from Uttar Pradesh and other states.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Login and Choice Filling: Candidates must log in to the portal https://jeecup.admissions.nic.in using their Login ID and password to fill their choices of institutions/courses.
• Fee Payment: After seat allotment, candidates must choose the Float/Freeze option and pay a total fee of ₹3250 (₹3000 Seat Acceptance Fee + ₹250 Counseling Fee) online.
• Freeze Option: Candidates who select the 'Freeze' option must visit a designated district help center for document verification within the scheduled dates.
• Document Verification: Document verification for the first three rounds will be conducted at help centers in all districts of Uttar Pradesh.
• Reporting to Institute: After successful document verification, candidates must report to the allotted institute, pay the remaining tuition fees, and complete the admission formalities. The final date for completing the admission process for candidates allotted in rounds 4 and 5 is 14/08/2025.
• Seat Withdrawal: Candidates can opt for seat withdrawal online as per the schedule. The seat acceptance fee of ₹3000 will be refunded to the bank account details provided by the candidate during the withdrawal process.
• Eligibility Failure: Candidates who fail to deposit the required fees or do not complete document verification within the stipulated time will lose their allotted seat, and it will be considered for the next round. Such candidates may be eligible to participate in subsequent counseling rounds as per the rules.
