Eligibility Criteria & Application Instructions

  1. Gender: Only female candidates are eligible for these posts.
  2. Educational Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (12th grade) and maximum Post-graduation. The merit list will be prepared based on academic qualifications.
  3. Residency: The applicant must be a permanent resident of the Gram Sabha/Ward (urban) where the vacant post is located. Applications from other Gram Sabhas/Wards will not be valid.
  4. Age Limit: The applicant's age should be between 18 and 35 years as on 2025-07-01 (cut-off date).
  5. Date of Birth Proof: The date of birth recorded in the High School mark sheet/certificate will be considered valid.
  6. Application Mode: Applications must be submitted online only through the departmental website http://upanganwadibharti.in within the specified period. Offline or postal applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  7. Application Period: Online applications will be accepted from 2025-12-02 until 12:00 AM on 2025-12-22.
  8. Vacancy Changes: The number of advertised vacant posts may be subject to increase or decrease under special circumstances.

Poverty line income limits for rural and urban areas will follow Government Order No. 22/2015/2123/26-2-2015 dated 2015-09-14 (as amended) from the Social Welfare Section-2, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
  5. Caste & Domicile Certificates: Domicile and Caste certificates digitally signed by the Tehsildar will be valid, provided they can be verified online.
  6. Selection Process: The selection process will be conducted as per Government Order No. 1/1092245/2025/3313/58-1-2025 (1917687) dated 2025-09-17.
  7. Final Decision: The decision made by the District Selection Committee formed in the district will be considered final.
