Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Guwahati: Notice Regarding Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) Results and Document Verification

This notice announces the results of the Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) for CEN 01/2024 - ALP (Assistant Loco Pilot) and provides information for subsequent Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination.

Important Dates

  • CBAT Conducted: 15-07-2025 & 31-08-2025
  • CBAT Score Card Live: From 19:00 hrs. on 01-10-2025 for 15 days.

CBAT Result Details

  • Viewing Results: Candidates who appeared in the CBAT can view their Test Battery wise T-Score, Composite T-score, Score out of 30 (30% weightage for ALP Merit), and qualifying status.
  • Access: Log in through the link provided on the official RRB website using your Registration Number and Date of Birth.
  • Qualifying Criteria: A minimum T-Score of 42 in each Test Battery is required to qualify in CBAT.
  • Calculation Methodology: For details on the methodology for calculating T-Scores, composite T-Score, and score out of 30, candidates may refer to FAQ number 5 on the RDSO website: www.rdso.indianrailways.gov.in > Directorates > Psycho-Technical.

Document Verification (DV) & Medical Examination

  • Shortlisting: Candidates with the roll numbers listed in the notice (in ascending order and not merit-wise) have been provisionally shortlisted for DV & Medical Examination.
  • DV Location: The specific venue for Document Verification will be indicated in the e-call letter.
  • E-Call Letters: After scheduling, e-call letters with details of date, reporting time, and instructions for DV and Medical Examination will be sent via Email/SMS/Website.
  • Medical Examination: Following the completion of DV, candidates will be sent for Medical Examination at nominated Railway Hospitals within the RRB's jurisdiction on the subsequent day.
  • Duration: Candidates should be prepared for 3 to 4 days for both DV and Medical Examination, which may involve travel to the Railway Hospital city.

Required Documents for DV

  • Original Documents: Candidates must produce all original documents.
  • Photocopies: Two sets of self-attested photocopies in A4 size, as detailed in the CEN and e-call letters.
  • Online Upload: Scanned copies (in true colour) of all necessary documents, including photo and signature, must be uploaded through the portal: https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv. This link will be active as per the separately issued DV Notice.
  • Language of Certificates: Certificates produced and uploaded during DV must be in the prescribed format and either in English or Hindi.

Important Notes

  • Provisional Candidature: Candidature is purely provisional and subject to cancellation at any stage due to inconsistencies, deficiencies in data, or malpractice.
  • Absence: Candidates absent during DV and/or Medical Examination will forfeit their candidature.
  • No Guarantee of Appointment: Merely being called for Document Verification does not entitle a candidate to appointment in the Railways.
  • Error Rectification: RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors or typographical/printing mistakes in the result or shortlisted list. Correspondence from unsuccessful candidates will not be entertained.
  • Warning Against Touts: Candidates are warned against individuals making false promises of selection for illegal consideration. The recruitment process is fully computerized and based solely on merit.
