Yantra India Limited (YIL) invites online applications from Indian citizens for the engagement of the 59th batch of Trade Apprentices under the 'Apprentices Act 1961' in Ordnance & Ordnance Equipment Factories across India. This initiative is part of the Government of India's Skill India Mission.

Vacancies

There are approximately 3979 vacancies available:

  • Non-ITI Category: 1136
  • Ex-ITI Category: 2843

Eligibility Qualification

For Non-ITI Category:

  • Must have passed Madhyamik (Class X std or equivalent) as on the closing date of the application.
  • Minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
  • Minimum 40% marks in Mathematics and Science each.

For ITI Category:

  • Must have passed the relevant trade test from an institute recognized by NCVT or SCVT.
  • Must have also passed Madhyamik (Class X std or equivalent).
  • Minimum 50% aggregate marks in both Matriculation & ITI.
  • The candidate must possess the qualification as on the closing date of the online application.

Qualifying Age

  • Minimum Age: 14 years.
  • Minimum Age for designated hazardous trades: 18 years.
  • Upper Age Limit: 35 years.
