Detailed Information
The Gram Sabha/ward-wise details of posts, including reservation and eligibility criteria, will be displayed on the notice boards of the Collectorate, Vikas Bhawan, Tehsil, and Block Development Offices in the district. It will also be uploaded on the departmental website htt://upanganwadibharti.in.
Eligibility Criteria and Application Instructions
- Only female candidates are eligible to apply for the advertised posts.
- The minimum educational qualification for vacant posts (Anganwadi Assistants) is Intermediate or equivalent, and the maximum is Post-graduation. Merit will be prepared based on these qualifications.
- Applicants must be permanent residents of the Gram Sabha/Ward (urban) for which they are applying. Applications from other Gram Sabhas/Wards will not be accepted.
- As of July 1, 2025 (cut-off date), the applicant's age must be between 18 and 35 years.
- For age verification, the date of birth recorded in the High School mark sheet and certificate will be considered valid.
- Applications for the advertised posts will only be accepted online through the departmental website htt://upanganwadibharti.in within the specified time frame. Offline applications will not be accepted or considered under any circumstances.
- Online applications for the advertised posts will be accepted from November 13, 2025, to December 6, 2025, until 12:00 midnight.
- The number of advertised vacant posts may increase or decrease under special circumstances.
- Detailed government orders, information regarding eligibility, and the application process for the above-advertised posts are available on the departmental website htt://upanganwadibharti.in. For more information, applicants can contact the Child Development Project Office in the Vikas Khand or the District Program Officer (Child Development Department) office during working hours.
Important Instructions
- Before applying, thoroughly review the government order dated September 17, 2025. If any error, fact, data, or marks/percentages in educational records are found to be incorrect or fabricated, the candidature will be canceled. The applicant will be solely responsible for this. No offline application or documents will be considered for error correction. Therefore, it is expected that applicants will carefully verify all columns of the application form before submitting it.
- Regarding income certificates: As per Government Order No. 22/2015/2123/26-2-2015 dated September 14, 2015, issued by the Social Welfare Section-2, Uttar Pradesh Government, annual income limits are Rs. 46,080 for rural areas and Rs. 56,460 for urban areas. Only digitally signed online income certificates issued by the Tehsil will be valid. (As per Government Order No. 3959/1-9-11-10-9 dated September 30, 2011 (as amended) issued by Revenue Section-9, Uttar Pradesh Government, income certificates issued by the competent authority will be valid if their online verification is possible.)
- Caste and residence certificates: Digitally signed online residence and caste certificates issued by the Tehsil will be valid if their online verification is possible.
Priority for Selection of Anganwadi Assistants
(I) Widows/Divorced/Deserted BPL candidates from the same Gram Sabha/Ward (urban area) will be given priority.
(II) BPL candidates from the same Gram Sabha/Ward (urban area) will be given priority.
(III) Widows/Divorced/Deserted APL candidates from the same Gram Sabha/Ward (urban area) will be given priority.
(IV) APL candidates from the same Gram Sabha/Ward (urban area) will be given priority.
Note:
(I) For widows, a certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer/concerned Municipal Body and a certified copy of the family register will be considered valid.
(II) For divorced/deserted, a legal/court order will be considered valid.
