Shortlist for Document Verification and Medical Examination

Based on the performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted from 10-09-2025 to 12-09-2025 and the Teaching Skill Test conducted from 19-01-2026 to 23-01-2026 for various posts of Ministerial and Isolated categories under Centralized Employment Notification (CEN) NO 07/2024, candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination. The roll numbers of shortlisted candidates are provided in the official notification in ascending order, not by merit.

Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination Instructions

  • E-Call Letter: The DV will be held at the venue mentioned in the e-call letter. Candidates will be notified via Email/SMS/Website to download their E-Call letter, which will include the date, reporting time, and instructions.
  • Medical Examination: After the completion of DV, candidates will be sent for a medical examination on the next day at a nominated Railway Hospital. Candidates should be prepared for a stay of 3 to 4 days.
  • Medical Fee: A prescribed medical fee of ₹24 is payable. In rare cases where advanced investigations like CT scans or ultrasounds are required and not available at the Railway Hospital, candidates may need to make payments at external labs.
  • Required Documents: Candidates must submit two sets of self-attested photocopies (A4 size) of all original documents as mentioned in the CEN and e-call letter. Certificates should be in the prescribed format, either in English or Hindi. No additional time will be given for producing original certificates.
  • Absence: Candidates who are absent for the DV and/or medical examination will forfeit their candidature.

Individual Score Card

Candidates can view their individual result and scorecard by logging into the RRB portal with their Registration Number and Date of Birth. This facility will be available for fifteen days from the date of this notice.

Important Information

  • The candidature of all shortlisted candidates is purely provisional and is subject to cancellation at any stage if any inconsistency, deficiency, or malpractice is found.
  • Merely being called for Document Verification does not entitle a candidate to an appointment in the Railways.
  • While every care has been taken in preparing the list, RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors. RRB will not entertain correspondence from unsuccessful candidates.
  • All recruitment activities by the Railways are based purely on merit. Candidates are not required to make any payment other than the prescribed medical examination fee.
  • Beware of Touts: Candidates are warned against touts who may misguide them with false promises of jobs. The recruitment process is fully computerized, and selection is based purely on merit.
