SCHEDULE FOR DOCUMENT VERIFICATION (DV) & Medical Examination for the post of ALP

This notice is for candidates shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP), Category No.1, under CEN No. 01/2024. The results for these 749 shortlisted candidates were previously notified on 01/10/2025 on the RRB/Malda website.### Document Verification & Medical Examination Schedule* DV Dates: 21/10/2025 to 20/11/2025* Reporting Time: 10:00 AM* Venue: Railway Recruitment Board, MaldaE-Mail and SMS notifications will be sent to registered candidates, advising them to download their e-call letter and Travelling Pass (if applicable) from the official website www.rrbmalda.gov.in. The download facility will be active 10 days prior to the scheduled DV date. Candidates must carefully read the detailed instructions and guidelines provided in the e-call letter and submit all required certificates/documents at the time of DV.### Important Instructions for Document Verification1. Failure to Appear: Candidates who fail to appear on their scheduled DV date must report on the block date specified in Annexure-A. Failure to report on either the scheduled date or the block date will lead to rejection of candidature. No fresh e-call letter will be issued for block dates.2. Documents Required: Candidates must bring all original certificates/documents, along with:* 02 (two) sets of clear & legible self-attested photocopies of each original certificate/document as per CEN No. 01/2024.* 06 (six) latest passport-size colour photographs.* 03 (three) copies of the DV call letter.3. Medical Examination: Immediately after completing the Document Verification, candidates will be sent for Medical Examination at a nominated Railway Hospital under the RRB's jurisdiction on the next day. Candidates should, therefore, come prepared for both DV and Medical Examination.### General Conditions* Being called for Document Verification does not entitle a candidate to appointment in the Railways. Candidature is provisional and may be cancelled at any stage of recruitment due to discrepancies, inconsistencies, deficiencies in documents, or malpractice.* RRB reserves the right to rectify/modify/change any inadvertent error in the list.* Candidates are warned against touts making fake promises of appointment for illegal consideration. RRB selections are based solely on Computer Based Test (CBT) and merit.### Document Upload InstructionsCandidates are advised to upload clear scanned images of all documents, a colour scanned copy of their passport-size photograph, and their signature on the RRB Document Verification Portal: https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbbv/. This portal will be active for uploading documents from 10 days before your DV date until your DV date.### Annexure-AThe notice includes Annexure-A, which lists the DV schedule by date, reporting time, and block date, along with the candidate identification numbers for each slot.
