Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) Result and Document Verification Notice (CEN 01/2024 - ALP)

This notice pertains to the results of the Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) and the subsequent Document Verification (DV) process for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) under CEN 01/2024.

1.0 CBAT Result Viewing and Qualification Criteria

Candidates who appeared in the CBAT on July 15, 2025, and August 31, 2025, can view their Test Battery-wise T-Score, Composite T-score, Score out of 30 (with 30% weightage for ALP Merit), and qualifying status. To access results, log in through the link provided on the official RRB website using your Registration Number and Date of Birth.

  • Score Card Live Period: The CBAT score card will be live from 19:00 hrs on October 1, 2025, for a period of 15 days.
  • Qualification Standard: Candidates must secure a minimum T-Score of 42 in each Test Battery to qualify.
  • Methodology: For details on the methodology used for calculating Test Battery-wise T-Score, Composite T-Score, and Score out of total 30, refer to question number 5 of the FAQ on the RDSO website: www.rdso.indianrailways.gov.in>Directorates>Psycho-Technical.

2.0 Disclaimer on Errors

While utmost care has been taken in preparing the CBAT result, RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors or typographical/printing mistakes. The RRB regrets its inability to entertain any correspondence regarding the result from candidates.

3.0 Provisional Shortlisting for DV & Medical Examination

Candidates with the Roll Numbers listed in this notice (in ascending order and not merit-wise) have been provisionally shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination.

4.0 Document Verification (DV) Details

  • Location: DV will be held at the place specified in the e-call letter for DV.
  • Notification: Scheduled candidates will receive an Email/SMS/Website notification to download their e-call letter, which will include details of the date, reporting time, and instructions for DV and Medical Examination.

5.0 Medical Examination

  • Schedule: After completing DV, candidates will be sent for a Medical Examination on the next day at nominated Railway Hospitals located within the jurisdiction of the RRBs.
  • Travel: This will involve travel from the RRB office to the city of the Railway Hospital. Candidates should be prepared for DV and Medical Examination to take approximately 3 to 4 days.

6.0 Documents Required for DV

Shortlisted candidates for DV must produce:

  • Original documents.
  • Two sets of self-attested photocopies in A4 size, as detailed in the CEN & e-call letters.
  • Scanned copies (in true colour) of all necessary documents, photo, and signature must be uploaded for DV through the portal: https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv. This link will be activated as per a separately issued DV Notice.

7.0 Language of Certificates

Certificates produced and uploaded during DV must be in the prescribed format and either in English or Hindi. Candidates absent during the DV and/or medical examination will forfeit their candidature.

8.0 Candidature Status

Candidature for all shortlisted candidates for Document Verification is purely provisional and is liable to be cancelled at any stage of recruitment or thereafter. This can occur due to inconsistencies/deficiencies in the data furnished in the online application or any malpractice brought to the notice of RRB at any stage. Merely being called for Document Verification does not guarantee appointment in the Railways.

9.0 Rectification of Errors (Shortlisted List)

While every care has been taken in preparing the list of candidates shortlisted for Document Verification, RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors or typographical/printing mistakes. RRB regrets its inability to entertain any correspondence from unsuccessful candidates.

10.0 Important Warning

Candidates are warned to beware of touts who may mislead them with false promises of selection through illegal means. The recruitment process in RRB exams is fully computerized, and selection is based purely on the merit of candidates.

11.0 Regular Updates
