Notice Regarding Revised Exam Schedule for Various Posts in Level 1 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix (CEN 08/2024)

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have announced a revised schedule for the Computer Based Test (CBT) for various posts in Level 1 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix under CEN-08/2024.

Revised Examination Schedule

The Computer Based Test (CBT), originally scheduled from 01 to 16 January 2026, will now be conducted on the following dates:

• January 2026: 08, 09
• February 2026: 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 09 & 10

Important Information for Candidates

• Exam City & Date Intimation: The link to view the exam city and date, as well as to download the Travel Authority for SC/ST candidates, will be activated approximately 10 days before the exam date on the official websites of all RRBs.
• Communication: Candidates whose City Intimation Slip has been activated will receive SMS and email notifications on their registered mobile number and email ID.
• E-Call Letter (Admit Card): Downloading of E-Call letters will commence 4 days prior to the examination date mentioned in the City and Date intimation slip.
• Application Details: Candidates can retrieve their application registration number by visiting www.rrbapply.gov.in and using their credentials. A 'forgot password' link is also available on the login page.
