Railway Recruitment Board - List of Candidates Shortlisted for Performance Test Based on Computer Based Test (CBT)

Introduction

This notice announces the provisional shortlisting of candidates for the Teaching Skill Test / Performance Test and Translation Test for various Ministerial and Isolated categories. These shortlistings are based on the Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted from 2025-09-10 to 2025-09-12 against Centralized Employment Notification (CEN NO 07/2024).

Shortlisting Details

  • Candidates bearing the listed Roll Numbers (in ascending order) have been provisionally shortlisted.
  • Results for other notified posts that do not require Translation Test/ Performance Test/ Teaching Skill Test will be declared at the time of publishing the result of Shortlisting for Document Verification.
  • The total number of candidates shortlisted for the Translation Test is 10 times the notified vacancies. For the Teaching Skill Test/Performance Test, it is 2.5 times the notified vacancies, subject to the availability of qualified candidates.
  • If a candidate appeared in more than one category (multiple shifts) with distinct question papers based on their eligibility and post preference, they have been shortlisted according to their merit in the category.

Accessing Results

  • Candidates can view their individual result/score card and question paper with the final answer key by logging into the official websites of RRBs. This facility requires their Registration Number and Date of Birth.
  • This facility will be available for fifteen days from the date of this notice.
  • Score cards will only be provided for those categories for which shortlisting results have been published.
  • For remaining categories, score cards and question papers with final answer keys will be made available after the publication of shortlisting results for Document Verification.

Performance Tests

  • The Translation Test/Teaching Skill Test/ Performance Test will be held at the place indicated in the e-call letter.
  • All shortlisted candidates will be informed about the actual date of these tests via official websites, SMS, and email (as provided in their application).
  • Candidates are advised to regularly visit the RRB's official website for updates.

Important Information

  • The candidature of all shortlisted candidates is purely provisional and is subject to cancellation at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, in case of any inconsistency, deficiency, discrepancy in information, or any malpractice.
  • Merely calling a candidate for these tests does not entitle them to an appointment in the Railways.
  • While every care has been taken in preparing the result, RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical/printing mistake. No correspondence on this account will be entertained.
  • All recruitment activities by Railways are purely on a merit basis, and candidates are not required to make any payment to any authorities for the Translation Test / Teaching Skill Test/ Performance Test.
  • Candidates are warned to beware of touts who may misguide them with false promises of selection on illegal consideration. The recruitment process in RRB exams is fully computerized, and selection is based purely on merit.
