This notice pertains to the Round 2 Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination for provisionally shortlisted candidates for various categories of Junior Engineer (JE) posts in Level 6, under CEN No. 03/2024.
The Document Verification and Genuineness of candidature will be held on October 15, 2025, with a block date of October 31, 2025.

- Website for E-Call Letter: Candidates will receive SMS/email alerts to download their e-call letters from the RRB website (www.rrbmuzaffarpur.gov.in).
Documents Required for DV
Candidates called for DV must produce the following:
- All original documents as detailed in the CEN and e-call letter issued for Document Verification.
- Two sets of photocopies of all original documents, arranged in A4 size paper.
- Six (6) recent passport-size colour photographs (not more than one month old).
- Candidate's foil of e-call letter for CBT-1 & CBT-2.
- In case of any variation in spelling in name/father's name between the online application and original certificates/documents, candidates must submit a relevant affidavit executed before a Magistrate or Notary on required stamp papers, affirming that the referred person in the certificate(s) is one and the same.
Note: No additional time will be provided for candidates failing to produce original certificates/relevant affidavits on the scheduled date of DV. Failure to comply may lead to forfeiture or cancellation of candidature.
Medical Examination
- The medical examination will be conducted on the next working day after DV at Railway hospitals.
- Candidates will be informed about the hospital where they are to undergo medical examination after completion of DV.
- A medical fee of Rs 24/- is payable. No other charges are to be paid to the Hospitals/Health Unit for the medical examination itself.
- For specific investigations (e.g., CT scan, Ultra Sound, eye surgery tests) not available at the Railway Hospital/Health Unit, candidates may be required to make payments at the concerned laboratory/hospital.
Important Instructions and Conditions
- Document Upload: Candidates are advised to upload required documents on the RRB Document Verification portal at https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/. The portal will be active for uploading documents from 10 days prior to the DV date and will close on the DV date.
- Block Date Reporting: Failure to report for DV on the scheduled date or block date will result in rejection of candidature, unless supported by documentary evidence of appearing in a University/Government examination or due to sickness. No other reason for absence will be considered, and no fresh e-call letter will be issued for the block date.
- Provisional Candidature: The candidature of all shortlisted candidates is purely provisional and subject to cancellation at any stage of recruitment if any inconsistency, deficiency, discrepancy, or malpractice is detected.
- No Guarantee of Appointment: Mere shortlisting or being called for Document Verification/Medical Examination does not entitle a candidate to appointment in the Railways.
- RRB's Right to Rectify Errors: RRB reserves the right to correct any inadvertent error or typographical/printing mistake. No correspondence will be entertained on this account.
- Warning Against Touts: Candidates are strongly advised to beware of touts making false promises of selection. The RRB recruitment process is fully computerized, and selection is strictly based on merit. Candidates should visit the official websites of RRBs for regular updates.
