Provisional Empanelment of Candidates

As per the vacancies published under CEN 03/2024 for various posts of Junior Engineers and Depot Material Superintendent under the jurisdiction of RRB Chandigarh, this notice announces the Provisional Part Panel-2.

Background

Previously, a main panel of 304 candidates was published on 14-10-2025, and a part panel-1 of 31 candidates was published on 10-12-2025. To fill the remaining vacancies, a Document Verification/Medical Examination (DV/ME) Round-3 was conducted on 17-12-2025 for the next candidates in merit.

Empaneled Candidates Summary

Based on the scrutiny of applications, performance in Computer Based Tests, Document Verification, and Medical Examination, a total of 11 candidates have been found provisionally suitable and are empaneled for appointment in their respective categories. The category-wise breakdown is as follows:

  • Category No. 9: Junior Engineer/Civil (P.Way & Bridge) - 04 candidates
  • Category No. 12: Junior Engineer/Civil (Works & Research) - 02 candidates
  • Category No. 15: Junior Engineer/Track Machine - 03 candidates
  • Category No. 16: Junior Engineer/Mechanical (C & W) - 01 candidate
  • Category No. 32: Depot Material Superintendent - 01 candidate

Next Steps for Appointment

Further action for appointment will be taken by the Northern Railway after the verification of eligibility conditions and original documents as per CEN No. 03/2024 (JE/DMS). Candidates will be informed accordingly by the office of the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, Northern Railway, Baroda House, New Delhi.

  • Remaining vacancies arising from Medical Unfit, Absenteeism, or Rejected cases will be filled by calling eligible additional candidates for the next round of Document Verification.
