Shortlisted Candidates for DV and Medical Examination

Based on the performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted from September 10, 2025, to September 12, 2025, for various posts of Ministerial and Isolated categories against Centralized Employment Notification (CEN) No. 07/2024, candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination.

Document Verification (DV) Schedule

Document Verification will be held at the location indicated in the e-call letter. Candidates will be notified via Email/SMS and the website to download their e-call letter, which will contain details of the date, reporting time, and instructions.

Medical Examination

Following the completion of DV, candidates will be sent for a Medical Examination on the next day at nominated Railway Hospitals within the RRB's jurisdiction. Candidates should be prepared for a stay of more than 3 to 4 days. A prescribed medical fee of ₹24 is payable. In rare cases where specialized tests like CT scans or ultrasounds are required and not available at the Railway Hospital, candidates may need to pay the requisite fees to the concerned external laboratory/hospital.

Instructions for Candidates

  • Required Documents: Candidates must bring all original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies in A4 size, as mentioned in the CEN and e-call letter.
  • Certificate Format: All certificates must be in the prescribed format and should be in either English or Hindi.
  • No Additional Time: No extra time will be given to candidates who fail to produce their original certificates on the date of the DV. Absence during the DV and/or medical examination will result in forfeiture of candidature.
  • Score Card: Candidates can view their individual result and scorecard by logging into the RRB portal with their Registration Number and Date of Birth. This facility will be available for fifteen days from the date of this notice.

Important Information

  • The candidature of all shortlisted candidates is purely provisional and is subject to cancellation at any stage if any inconsistency or malpractice is found.
  • Being called for DV does not confer any right to an appointment in the Railways.
  • While care has been taken in preparing the list, RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors or typographical/printing mistakes.
  • Beware of touts and fraudulent promises of employment. The RRB recruitment process is fully computerized and selection is based purely on merit.
