Second Round Document Verification Schedule for Assistant Loco Pilots (CEN 01/2024)\n\nThis notice announces the second round of Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination for candidates provisionally shortlisted for the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) post against CEN 01/2024. A total of 341 candidates were initially shortlisted for the 1st Round DV.\n\nCandidates whose roll numbers are listed below are advised to report to the office of Railway Recruitment Board, Guwahati, Panbazar, Station Road, Guwahati-781001, as per the scheduled date and time.\n\nSMS/E-mail alerts are being sent to registered mobile/email IDs for downloading e-call letters from the official RRB Guwahati website.\n\nCandidates must upload their signature, latest photograph, and identification marks on the portal https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/. This portal will be active until the DV date. Detailed instructions are provided in the DV e-call letter.\n\nAll candidates called for DV must produce all original documents along with two sets of A4 size self-attested photocopies, as detailed in the CEN and the e-call letter.\n\nAfter DV, candidates will be sent for a medical examination at the nominated Railway Hospital (under Northeast Frontier Railway - NFR jurisdiction) on the following day. Candidates should be prepared to stay for three to four days. A medical fee of Rs 24/- is payable. Any additional charges for specialized investigations (e.g., CT Scan, Ultra Sound, eye surgery) carried out at external laboratories/hospitals due to lack of facility at the Railway Hospital must be borne by the candidate.\n\nThe candidature is provisional and is subject to cancellation at any stage due to inconsistency, deficiency, discrepancy in information, or any malpractice. Merely being shortlisted or called for DV/Medical examination does not guarantee appointment. Mandatory Documents (Originals + 2 Self-Attested Photocopies + E-call Letter):\n * (i) Matriculation/High School Certificate (for Date of Birth and Qualification).\n * (ii) 10+2/Intermediate/Higher Secondary/PUC/Equivalent Certificate (if applicable).\n * (iii) University Degree or equivalent.\n * (iv) Other certificates/diplomas as prescribed in CEN 01/2024 for Assistant Loco Pilot.\n * (v) Educational Qualification Certificates (Provisional or Regular) with issue dates. If the issue date is after the online application closing date, consolidated mark sheets or individual mark sheets of all semesters/years with result declaration dates must be submitted. If declaration date is unavailable, a certificate from the Institution/University/Board confirming the result declaration date is required.\n * (vi) SC/ST certificate (as per Annexure-I of CEN 01/2024).\n * (vii) Valid OBC-NCL certificate (as per Annexure-II of CEN 01/2024), not older than one year from the DV date.\n * (viii) Non-creamy layer declaration by OBC candidates (as per Annexure-IIA of CEN 01/2024).\n * (ix) Income and Asset Certificate for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) (as per Annexure III of CEN 01/2024).\n * (x) Income certificate for waiving examination fees for Economically Backward classes (as per Annexure III A / BPL Card / Izzat MST of CEN 01/2024).\n * (xi) Original Discharge Certificate, Ex-Servicemen book, Identity card (with reason for discharge).\n * (xii) For Ex-Servicemen who secured civil employment after applying for CEN 01/2024: Self-Declaration to the employer, acknowledged copy of Declaration with NOC from civil employer, and probable date of discharge (as per Annexure-VII of CEN 01/2024).\n * (xiii) NOC with Date of Appointment from current employer (for Serving Employees).\n * (xiv) Minority Community Declaration on Non-Judicial Stamp paper (as per Annexure - V of CEN 01/2024).\n * (xv) Gazette Notification or any legal document for formal name change (as mentioned in para 1.8 of General Instructions of CEN 01/2024).\n * (xvi) J&K Domicile Certificate.\n * (xvii) Certificate of eligibility from Government of India (as per para 4.0 (b) of CEN 01/2024) for nationality (for candidates other than Indian citizens).\n * (xviii) Decree of Divorce/Judicial Separation from Competent Court + affidavit stating non-remarriage (for divorced/judicially separated women).\n * (xix) Death certificate of spouse + affidavit stating non-remarriage (for widow candidates).\n * (xx) Any other relevant certificate/testimonials/documents.\n\n2. Additional Documents at DV:\n * (i) 06 Passport-size photographs (not older than three months).\n * (ii) Upper portion of CBT e-call letters.\n * (iii) Photocopy of both sides of Aadhar card.\n\n3. Failure to Produce Documents: Failing to produce original certificates will lead to rejection of candidature, debarment from future selections, and potential termination if already appointed. Furnishing false information or using unfair means will also lead to disqualification.\n\n4. No Right to Appointment: Calling for DV & Medical Examination does not confer any right to appointment. Empanelment is subject to verification of all information in the online application, CBT/Skill/Performance Test, and documents.\n\n5. Free Travel Authority (SC/ST): SC/ST candidates will be provided with free travel authority for attending DV (upon producing original caste certificate) and for travel to the Railway Hospital for Medical Examination. This authority will be issued by RRB after DV completion.\n\n6. Medical Examination: Candidates must attend the Medical Examination after DV, paying a fee of Rs 24/-. The date, time, and place will be intimated during DV. Candidates should be prepared to stay for more than 4 days for DV/Medical examination at their own cost.\n\nImportant Note: Failure to report for Document Verification on the scheduled date will result in rejection of candidature, unless supported by documentary evidence of a University/Government examination or sickness. No other reason for absence will be considered, and no new e-call letter will be issued.
