Introduction

This notification is issued to inform the public about the recruitment for Anganwadi Sahayika (Assistant) positions on a contractual basis in urban and rural areas of Kasganj district. The recruitment process is conducted under a government order (No. 1092245/2025/3313/58-1-2025 (1917687) dated September 17, 2025) from the Principal Secretary, Child Development Services and Nutrition, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. Online applications are invited through the departmental website http://upanganwadibharti.in. The project-wise details of vacant Anganwadi Sahayika posts are as follows:

Eligibility and Application Instructions

  1. Only female candidates are eligible for these posts.
  2. Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification for Anganwadi Sahayika is Intermediate (12th pass) or its equivalent. The maximum qualification will be postgraduate. Merit will be prepared based on the highest educational qualification (postgraduate).
  3. Age Limit: The applicant's minimum age should be 18 years and maximum 35 years as of July 01, 2025. The date of birth recorded on the High School mark sheet and certificate will be considered valid.
  4. Selection Priority: Priority will be given to widowed, legally divorced, or abandoned women from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward (in urban areas).
  5. Proof for Priority:
    • For widows: A death certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer/concerned Nagar Nikay and a certified copy of the family register will be valid.
    • For divorced/abandoned women: A legal order issued by the Hon'ble High Court will be valid.
  6. If no BPL widowed/divorced/abandoned women are found, then women from BPL families residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be considered.
  7. If no BPL women are found, then widowed/divorced/abandoned women from Above Poverty Line (APL) families residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be considered.
  8. If no APL women are found, then women from APL families residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be considered.
  9. Certificates: Residence and caste certificates issued online with digital signatures by the Tehsil will be valid and can be verified online.
  10. Vacancy Fluctuation: The number of advertised vacancies may increase or decrease in special circumstances. Additional information can be obtained from the Child Development Project Office or the District Program Officer (Child Development Department) office during working hours.
  11. Income Certificate: An income certificate issued by the competent authority as per Uttar Pradesh Government Revenue Section-9 order no. 3959/1-9-11-RA0-9 dated September 30, 2011, will be valid and verifiable online.

Online Application Procedure

  • Applicants must fill the online application form accurately and carefully on the departmental website http://upanganwadibharti.in.
  • Candidates must upload self-attested, clean, and readable copies of all required documents, as mentioned in their online application form.
  • Any error, false information, or forged documents found in the application will lead to the cancellation of candidature. The applicant will be solely responsible for any errors. No offline applications for corrections will be entertained. Therefore, all attached documents must be clearly readable.
  • Before applying, thoroughly review the government order dated September 17, 2025. After submitting the application, print out a copy and verify it against original documents. Applications with incorrect entries will be rejected. Filling the center name and center code is mandatory.
