Eligibility Criteria (as on 31.12.2025)

1. Vice President (UX)

• Basic Qualification: Bachelor of Design/B.Tech/B.E. or MCA or M.Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science/IT or related fields with a minimum of 50% score.
• Mandatory Certification: Any one of the following: HFI (CUA/CXA), Nielsen Norman Group (NNG) UX Certification, Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) UX Design Certification, Google UX Design Professional Certificate.
• Work Experience: Minimum 15 years in e-Commerce/Banking/Fintech/IT, with at least 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX).

2. Deputy Vice President (UX)

• Basic Qualification: Same as Vice President (UX).
• Mandatory Certification: Same as Vice President (UX).
• Work Experience: Minimum 12 years in e-Commerce/Banking/Fintech/IT, with at least 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX).

3. Assistant Vice President (UX)

• Basic Qualification: Same as Vice President (UX).
• Mandatory Certification: Same as Vice President (UX).
• Work Experience: Minimum 8 years in e-Commerce/Banking/Fintech/IT, with at least 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX).

4. Senior Special Executive (UI & UX)

• Basic Qualification: Same as Vice President (UX).
• Mandatory Certification: Same as Vice President (UX).
• Work Experience: Minimum 5 years in e-Commerce/Banking/Fintech/IT, with at least 2 years of experience in User Experience (UX).

5. Deputy Manager (UI & UX)

• Basic Qualification: Same as Vice President (UX).
• Mandatory Certification: Same as Vice President (UX).
• Work Experience: Minimum 4 years in e-Commerce/Banking/Fintech/IT, with at least 2 years of experience in User Experience (UX).

Age Relaxation

Upper age limit relaxation is applicable as per Government of India guidelines:

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• SC/ST: 5 years
• PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
• PwBD (OBC): 13 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

Selection Process

• Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, which will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
• Merit List: A final merit list will be prepared in descending order based on the scores obtained in the interview.

• General/EWS/OBC candidates: ₹750/- (non-refundable)
• SC/ST/PwBD candidates: No fee
