Railway Recruitment Board Gorakhpur Document Verification Schedule for ALP (CEN No. 01/2024)

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Gorakhpur has released a notice regarding the schedule for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination for a candidate shortlisted under CEN No. 01/2024 (ALP) in Round-IV.

Document Verification Schedule

  • Date and Time: 30-01-2026 at 09:30 Hrs.
  • Venue: Office of the Railway Recruitment Board, Railway Station Road, Gorakhpur-273012 (UP)

Instructions for Candidates

  1. E-Call Letter: Candidates must download the e-call letter from the official RRB Gorakhpur website (www.rrbgkp.gov.in) and produce it at the venue.
  2. Required Documents: Candidates must bring all original documents, two sets of self-attested photocopies, one original valid & current photo ID proof, and an Address ID proof presented during the CBTs. Certificates not in English/Hindi must be accompanied by a self-attested translated version.
  3. Photographs: Six (6) passport-size colour photographs, not more than one month old, are required.
  4. CBT-1 E-Call Letter: The candidate's foil of the e-call letter for CBT-1 must be brought.
  5. Prohibited Items: Mobile phones are not permitted during Document Verification or the Medical Examination.

Medical Examination Details

  • Fee: A fee of Rs. 24/- for the medical examination must be paid at the DV venue.
  • Admit Card: The admit card for the Medical Test will be issued at the time of DV.
  • Duration: Candidates should be prepared for a stay of more than 4 days for the DV/Medical examination at their own cost.
  • Hospital Instructions: Candidates should only carry the Medical Test Admit Card, one original valid photo ID, and Address ID proof to the Railway Hospital. No belongings or cash are advised.

Block Date for Absentee Candidates

  • Date: 10-02-2026 at 10:00 Hrs.
  • Details: A final opportunity will be given to candidates who fail to report on their scheduled date for valid reasons (e.g., University/Government examination, sickness) supported by documentary evidence. No fresh e-call letter will be issued for the block date; the original one must be used.
