Revised Schedule and Information for First Stage CBT-I for JE/DMS/CMA Posts

Information Regarding Revised Schedule, City Intimation Slip, and Helpdesk Link for First Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-I) for Recruitment of Various Posts of JE/DMS/CMA under CEN – 05/2025.

The revised examination schedule for the First Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-I) under the aforementioned CEN is as follows:

Important Instructions for Candidates:

  1. City & Date Intimation: The link to view the exam city, date, and to download the travel authority for SC/ST candidates is now live on the official websites of all RRBs.
  2. E-Call Letter Download: The downloading of e-call letters will start 4 days prior to the examination date mentioned in the city and date intimation link.
  3. Aadhaar Biometric Authentication: Aadhaar-based biometric authentication of candidates will be conducted at the examination center before entry into the exam hall. Candidates must bring their original Aadhaar card or a printout of an e-verified Aadhaar.
  4. Aadhaar Verification: Candidates are advised to verify their identity through Aadhaar verification by logging in with their credentials at www.rrbapply.gov.in if they have not done so already. This will facilitate easy entry at the exam center.
  5. Unlock Aadhaar Status: Candidates, including those who have already verified their Aadhaar during application submission, are requested to ensure their Aadhaar is in an unlocked state in the UIDAI system before arriving at the exam center to avoid inconvenience and facilitate the registration and examination process.
  6. Helpdesk: For any queries or clarifications, candidates can use the helpdesk contact number: 91 7996339995. The helpdesk is available from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
  7. Official Updates: Candidates are advised to refer only to the official websites of the RRBs for the latest updates on the recruitment process and not be misled by unauthenticated sources.
  8. Warning Against Touts: Beware of touts who try to mislead candidates with false promises of securing a job through illegal means. The selection process by RRB is based on the Computer Based Test (CBT), and recruitment is based solely on the merit of the candidates.
