4th Round Document Verification Schedule for Technician - III for CEN 02/2024

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Guwahati has released the schedule for the 4th round of Document Verification (DV) for the post of Technician-III under CEN 02/2024. A total of one candidate has been provisionally shortlisted for this round.

DV Schedule

  • DV Date: 13-02-2026
  • Session: Forenoon (FN)
  • Reporting Time: 09:00 AM
  • Venue: Office of Railway Recruitment Board, Guwahati, Panbazar, Station Road, Guwahati-781001.
  • Block Date for Absentees: 25-02-2026 (09:30 AM)

Pre-Verification Instructions

  1. Shortlisted candidates will receive SMS/E-mail alerts to download their e-call letter from the official RRB Guwahati website: www.rrbguwahati.gov.in.
  2. Candidates must upload their signature, latest photograph, and identification marks on the portal: https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/. This portal will be active up to the date of DV.

Instructions for Document Verification Day

  • Candidates must produce all original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies in A4 size.
  • Following the DV, candidates will be sent for a medical examination at a nominated Railway Hospital on the next day. Candidates should be prepared to stay for three to four days.
  • A medical examination fee of Rs. 24/- is payable. Additional charges may apply for special investigations like CT Scans or Ultrasounds if required.

Important Documents to be Produced

Candidates must bring the e-call letter and two sets of self-attested photocopies of the following original documents:

  1. Matriculation/High School Certificate (for proof of date of birth).
  2. 10+2/Inter/Higher Secondary/PUC Certificate (as applicable).
  3. University Degree or equivalent.
  4. Certificate/Diploma as per the prescribed educational qualification.
  5. Educational qualification certificates must have the date of issue. If issued after the application closing date, a consolidated mark sheet with the date of result declaration is required.
  6. SC/ST Certificate in the prescribed format.
  7. Valid OBC-NCL Certificate (not older than one year from the date of DV) and non-creamy layer declaration.
  8. Income and Asset Certificate for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
  9. Income certificate for waiving examination fees for Economically Backward Classes.
  10. Original Discharge Certificate for Ex-Servicemen.
  11. Medical Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwBD).
  12. NOC from the current employer for serving employees.
  13. Minority Community Declaration on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper.
  14. Gazette notification or legal document for a formal name change.
  15. J&K Domicile Certificate (if applicable).
  16. Decree of Divorce/Judicial separation for divorced/judicially separated women.
  17. Death certificate of spouse for widow candidates.
  18. Six passport-size photographs (not older than three months).
  19. Upper portion of the CBT e-call letters.
  20. Photocopy of both sides of an Aadhaar card.

General Information

  • The candidature is purely provisional and can be canceled at any stage if any discrepancy is found.
  • Being shortlisted for DV does not confer any right to an appointment in the Railways.
  • Candidates are warned against touts who make false promises of selection on illegal consideration.
  • Failure to report for DV on the scheduled date may lead to the rejection of candidature, unless supported by documentary evidence of appearing in a University/Government examination or sickness.
