Note: Annual CTC is negotiable and will be bifurcated into Fixed Pay (80%) and Variable Pay (20%).
Eligibility Criteria
1. AVP (Manpower Planning & Recruitment)
- Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in HR/HRD/HRM from institutions recognized by Government Bodies/AICTE/UGC.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources, preferably in the IT industry or IT Department/Vertical in the BFSI Sector.
2. AVP (Learning and Development)
- Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in HR/HRD/HRM from institutions recognized by Government Bodies/AICTE/UGC.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources/Training, preferably in the IT industry or IT Department/Vertical in the BFSI Sector.
Teaching experience will not be counted for eligibility for either post.
Selection Procedure
The selection process will be based on shortlisting and interview, followed by CTC negotiation.
- Shortlisting: The shortlisting committee will decide the parameters, and an adequate number of candidates will be called for an interview.
- Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
- Merit List: A merit list will be prepared in descending order based on the scores obtained in the interview.
Application Fee
- For UR/EWS/OBC candidates: ₹750/- (Non-refundable)
- For SC/ST/PwBD candidates: NIL
Payment must be made online through the payment gateway.

- Register online and pay the application fee using Internet Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.
- Candidates must upload all relevant documents including resume, ID proof, age proof, educational qualifications, experience certificates, etc.
- After successful registration and payment, candidates should take a printout of the system-generated online application form.
General Information
- Candidates must ensure they fulfill the eligibility criteria as of the specified date.
- Candidates serving in Government/Quasi-Govt. offices, PSUs are advised to submit a 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) at the time of the interview.
