Shortlisted Candidates for Document Verification (Pay Level-5)

Candidates bearing the roll numbers listed in the official notification have been provisionally shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) for posts in Pay Level-5. The shortlisting is based on their scores in the 2nd stage CBT, qualifying status in the Typing Skill Test (where applicable), and the priority of posts furnished in their online application.

A total of 530 candidates have been shortlisted for the Document Verification process.

Document Verification (DV) Schedule

The Document Verification (DV) will commence from 02.02.2023 onwards. Detailed information will be published on the website. Shortlisted candidates will receive an email and SMS to download their e-call letter from the RRB Website.

Post-DV Medical Examination

Upon successful completion of the DV, candidates must undergo a Medical Examination at nominated Railway Hospitals within the jurisdiction of the RRB. Candidates should be prepared for a stay of three to four days and must pay a prescribed medical fee of Rs. 24/-.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  1. Required Documents: Candidates must produce all original documents along with one set of Xerox copies in A4 size, as detailed in the CEN and e-call letter.
  2. Provisional Candidature: The candidature of all shortlisted candidates is purely provisional and is subject to cancellation at any stage if any inconsistency or malpractice is found.
  3. No Guarantee of Appointment: Merely being called for Document Verification does not entitle a candidate to an appointment in the Railways.
  4. Additional DV: Additional DV rounds may be conducted to fill any shortfall if necessary.
  5. Beware of Touts: The recruitment process is fully computerized and selection is based purely on merit. Candidates are advised to be cautious of false promises from touts.
  6. Official Website: Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official RRB website at www.rrbgkp.gov.in for updates.
