This notice is regarding the result of the 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-II) and the shortlisting of candidates for Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) and Typing Skill Test (TST) for Non Technical Popular Categories (Graduate) against CEN No. 05/2024.

Key Information

  • The 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) for NTPC (Graduate) posts against CEN 05/2024 was conducted by Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) on October 13, 2025.
  • Candidates have been provisionally shortlisted to appear in the CBAT/TST based on their merit in the 2nd stage CBT. Shortlisting is category-wise, provided candidates scored above the CBT-I cutoff in their community.
  • Candidates shortlisted with reservation benefits (OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/EWS, PwBD, ExSM) will continue to be considered under their respective categories for all subsequent stages.
  • Subsequent shortlisting for Document Verification will be based on the combined performance of candidates in both 2nd Stage CBT and CBAT/TST (as applicable).
  • The CBAT/TST for provisionally qualified candidates is tentatively scheduled for the 5th week of December 2025.
  • Candidates will receive their Exam City Intimation approximately 10 days prior to the CBAT/TST via the official RRB website, SMS, and email. The e-call letter will be available for download 4 days prior to the CBAT/TST date.
  • Candidates can view their individual scores and qualifying status for CBAT/TST by logging in through the link on the official RRB website, using their Registration Number and Date of Birth. They can also view their question paper and marked correct answers.
  • Candidature is purely provisional and liable to be cancelled if any inconsistency, deficiency in data, or malpractice is found.
  • Being called for CBAT/TST does not guarantee appointment in the Railways.
  • While care has been taken, RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors. No correspondence from unsuccessful candidates will be entertained.
  • Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official RRB website for updates.
  • Important: Candidates are warned against touts making false promises of selection. The recruitment process is fully computerized and based solely on merit.
