Eligibility Criteria (as on 30.11.2025)

1. Assistant General Manager (Project Engineering Management-PEM)

  • Code: 25-26/12/A
  • Upper Age Limit: 44 years
  • Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Civil/Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks.
  • Minimum Experience: 16 years in Design and Engineering for Refinery/Petrochemical/Offshore & Onshore Gas Processing/Fertilizer/Chemical plants/Ferrous & Non-Ferrous metallurgical projects. Minimum 5 years as Project Manager/Coordinator/Interface Manager. Preference for candidates with 1-2 years of construction site experience.

2. Senior Manager (Project Engineering Management-PEM)

  • Code: 25-26/12/B
  • Upper Age Limit: 40 years
  • Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Civil/Instrumentation with minimum 65% marks.
  • Minimum Experience: 12 years in Design and Engineering in similar industries as above. Minimum 4 years as Project Manager/Coordinator/Interface Manager. Preference for candidates with 1-2 years of construction site experience.

3. Senior Manager (Projects)

  • Code: 25-26/12/C
  • Upper Age Limit: 40 years
  • Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil with minimum 65% marks.
  • Minimum Experience: 12 years as Project Manager/Coordinator in PMC/EPCM or EPCC/LSTK/BOO/BOOT projects. A minimum of 4 years as Project Manager with completion of one greenfield project is essential. Experience in Project/Cost Control is an added advantage.

4. Manager (Projects)

  • Code: 25-26/12/D
  • Upper Age Limit: 36 years
  • Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil with minimum 65% marks.
  • Minimum Experience: 8 years as Project Manager/Coordinator in PMC/EPCM or EPCC/LSTK/BOO/BOOT projects in process industries or infrastructure.

5. Manager (Copper Smelter)

  • Code: 25-26/12/E
  • Upper Age Limit: 36 years
  • Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Metallurgy Engineering/Metallurgical and Materials Engineering with minimum 65% marks.
  • Minimum Experience: 8 years in Design/Operations of Copper Smelter. Desirable experience in various stages of copper processing.

6. Manager (Aluminium Smelter)

  • Code: 25-26/12/F
  • Upper Age Limit: 36 years
  • Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Metallurgy Engineering/Metallurgical and Materials Engineering with minimum 65% marks.
  • Minimum Experience: 8 years in Design/Operations of Primary Aluminum Smelter. Desirable experience in various stages of aluminum smelting.

7. Manager (Planning and Scheduling)

  • Code: 25-26/12/G
  • Upper Age Limit: 36 years
  • Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Industrial/Production/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil Engg. with minimum 65% marks.
  • Minimum Experience: 8 years as Planning Manager/Engineer with expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools, in projects related to Oil & Gas, Pipelines, Power Plant & Infrastructure.

8. Deputy Manager (Projects)

  • Code: 25-26/12/H
  • Upper Age Limit: 32 years
  • Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil with minimum 65% marks.
  • Minimum Experience: 4 years as Project Manager/Coordinator in PMC/EPCM or EPCC/LSTK/BOO/BOOT projects in process industries.

9. Deputy Manager (Electrical)

  • Code: 25-26/12/I
  • Upper Age Limit: 32 years
  • Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical with minimum 65% marks.
  • Minimum Experience: 4 years in Design & Engineering of Electrical Systems in Refinery/Petrochemical/Gas Processing plants. Experience in Smart Plant Electrical and ETAP is preferred.

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • PwD-General/EWS: 10 years
  • PwD-OBC (NCL): 13 years
  • PwD-SC/ST: 15 years
  • Relaxations are also applicable for Ex-Servicemen and Departmental candidates as per rules.

Selection Process

The selection for all positions will be through an Interview. The interview will be conducted at New Delhi/Gurugram or through video conferencing. Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email.
