Documents Required: All original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies of all documents must be produced at the time of DV. Certificates not in English/Hindi require a self-attested translated version (in Hindi/English). Documents must be in prescribed formats. No additional time will be given for producing original certificates, and failure to do so may lead to forfeiture/cancellation of candidature.3. Photographs & CBT-1 Foil: Bring six (6) passport-size colour photographs (not more than one month old) for DV and Medical Examination. Candidates must also bring their e-call letter foil for CBT-1.4. Mobile Phones: Mobile phones are strictly not permitted during document verification or medical examination.5. Medical Examination: After document verification, candidates must undergo a medical test by paying a fee of Rs. 24/-. The date and place for the medical examination will be intimated during DV, and an admit card will be issued at that time. Candidates should be prepared to stay for more than 4 days for the DV/Medical examination process.6. Belongings & Cash: Candidates should not bring their belongings to Railway Hospitals as there is no storage facility. They should only carry the Medical Test Admit card, original Photo ID, and Address ID proof. No fees will be charged at the Hospital for medical examination, so candidates are advised not to carry cash.7. Block Date for Absentees (2025-11-14): Candidates who fail to report for DV on their assigned regular dates due to valid reasons (e.g., University/Government examination or sickness) will be given a second and final opportunity on 2025-11-14 at 10:00 Hrs. at the RRB Gorakhpur office. No new e-call letter will be issued; candidates must use the original e-call letter.
