Notice for Document Verification (Round-4) for Para-Medical Posts (CEN 04/2024)

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Chandigarh has released the schedule for the fourth round of Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination (ME) for various Para-Medical categories under CEN 04/2024. The list of candidates is based on the results of the Computer-Based Test (CBT-I) published on 11-08-2025.

The candidature of all shortlisted candidates is purely provisional and subject to verification and cancellation at any stage if any discrepancy is found.

Block Date for Absentee Candidates (23-03-2026)

Candidates who fail to report for DV on their scheduled date due to valid reasons (such as a University/Government examination or sickness, supported by documentary evidence) will be given a final opportunity on the block date. They must report on 23-03-2026 at 09:30 AM at the RRB, Chandigarh office with the same e-call letter downloaded for the regular DV. No fresh e-call letter will be issued.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  1. E-Call Letter: The link to download the e-call letter for DV will be activated on the official RRB Chandigarh website (www.rrbcdg.gov.in) 4 days prior to the scheduled DV date.
  2. Upload of Softcopies: A portal link will be provided on the official website 15 days prior to the DV date for candidates to upload scanned copies of their latest photo, signature, identification marks, Aadhaar card, and all other relevant original documents (educational, caste, NOC, etc.).
  3. Documents to be Brought for DV (Hardcopies):
    • Printout of the E-Call letter.
    • Valid and latest photo ID proofs (preferably two in original) such as Aadhaar, PAN card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.
    • All original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies.
    • At least six recent passport-size photographs with a white background (not older than one month).
    • Candidate's foil of the e-call letter for CBT-I and a copy of the application form.
    • Rs. 24/- in cash as the Medical Examination fee.
  4. NOC for Serving Employees: Candidates serving in any Central/State Government department or PSU must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer on the date of DV.
  5. Medical Examination: After successful DV, candidates will be sent for a medical examination at a nominated Railway Hospital on the next working day. Candidates should be prepared for a stay of at least four days at their own expense.
