The Panchayati Raj Department, Uttar Pradesh, under the National Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA) scheme, invites online applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Block Project Manager (BPM). The selection process will be conducted through approved outsourcing agencies, M/s Rajdeep Enterprises and M/s World Class Services Limited, in their allotted districts.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.
  • Remuneration: Rs. 15,001/- per month (all taxes extra).
  • Workplace: Working under the Assistant Development Officer (Panchayat) posted in the development block of the concerned district.
  • Educational Qualification: A graduate degree with a minimum of 60% marks is mandatory. Additionally, candidates must possess:
    • A NIELIT CCC certificate or a higher qualification such as DCA, PGDCA, ADCA, 'O' Level, or 'A' Level certificate.
    • OR A graduate degree in a technical field (Technical Field) with 60% marks, such as BCA, B.Sc., IT (B.Sc.-IT), BIS, B.Tech, or MCA.

  1. Applicants must be a native (domicile) of the same district where they are applying.
  2. More than one application submitted by a candidate will be rejected.
