Recruitment for Various NTPC Graduate Posts (CEN 05/2024)

This notice is for candidates who have been shortlisted for the Computer Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST) as part of the recruitment process for various Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Graduate Posts.

Key Dates and Information

  • 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-2) Date: 13th October, 2025
  • CBT-2 Result Publication Date: 15th December, 2025
  • CBTST Tentative Schedule Date: 28th December, 2025
  • Link for Exam City & Date and Travelling Authority (for SC/ST) Download: Will be available on RRB websites 10 days prior to the exam.
  • E-Call Letter Download: Will commence 4 days prior to the exam date mentioned in the Exam City and Date intimation link.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  1. Typing Language Option: Shortlisted candidates must select their preferred typing language (English / Hindi) on the candidate console before the exam begins. If a language is not chosen within the stipulated time, the default language for typing will be ENGLISH.
  2. Language Option Caution: Candidates are strongly advised to choose their language option carefully, as it cannot be changed under any circumstances once exercised. No further correspondence will be entertained regarding this.
  3. PwBD Exemption for Typing Skill Test: Candidates with Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) who are eligible for exemption from the Typing Skill Test must upload a valid Medical Certificate through the grievance/helpdesk portal using their candidate login by 18:00 hrs. of 26th December, 2025. Alternatively, they may physically submit their valid Medical Certificate at the examination center on the day of the examination.
  4. Biometric Authentication: Aadhaar-linked Biometric authentication will be conducted at the exam center before entry into the exam hall. Candidates are required to bring their original Aadhaar card.
  5. Official Updates: Candidates are advised to refer only to the official websites of Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) for the latest updates on the recruitment process and to avoid unauthenticated sources.
  6. Warning Against Malpractice: Candidates are warned against individuals who may attempt to misguide them with false promises of appointment for jobs through illegal means. RRB selections are based solely on merit determined through the Computer Based Test (CBT) and other prescribed stages.
