Haryana Staff Selection Commission Corrigendum for Advt. No. 03/2026

In continuation of Advertisement No. 3/2026, dated 09.01.2026, the Haryana Staff Selection Commission has notified an increase in the number of advertised posts for the following groups based on requisitions from indenting departments.

Details of Increased Posts

  • Steno Typist (English) - Group No. 2: The number of posts has been increased from 486 to 586. This is in pursuance of a requisition from the Directorate of Medical Education & Research Haryana (Requisition No. 1370).
  • Steno Typist (Both Language) - Group No. 3: The number of posts has been increased from 696 to 702. This is in pursuance of a requisition from the Directorate of State Audit, Haryana (Requisition No. 2895).
  • Junior Scale Stenographer (Both Language) - Group No. 3: The number of posts has been increased from 173 to 260. This is based on requisitions from Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (Requisition No. 1178) and the Directorate of State Audit, Haryana (Requisition No. 2897).

Important Updates

  1. Department Preference: The preference of Departments will be obtained only from those candidates who qualify the stenography skill test.
  2. Application Portal Reopening: Due to the increase in posts, the portal for inviting online applications will now open on 06.02.2026 instead of the previously scheduled date of 02.02.2026.
