Important Information for Combined Hindi Translators Examination, 2025 (Paper-II)

  • Candidates appearing for Paper-II of the Combined Hindi Translators Examination, 2025 can now view their city of examination. This can be accessed by logging into the designated login module on the Staff Selection Commission's website: https://ssc.gov.in/.

Scribe Registration Details

  • Fresh Registration Required: Candidates intending to avail the 'Own Scribe' facility must complete a fresh Scribe registration on the Commission's website. Any earlier or existing registrations of scribes prior to 05.11.2025 have been disposed of and are no longer valid.
  • Aadhaar Integration: Scribe registration is now integrated with Aadhaar Authentication. It is mandatory for all personnel willing to enroll or appear as a scribe to complete their fresh registration on the Commission's website.
  • Scribe Entry Pass: Candidates utilizing the 'Own Scribe' facility for Paper-II of the Combined Hindi Translators Examination, 2025 are required to submit their Scribe's registration number to generate their Scribe's Entry Pass.
  • Age Limit for Scribes: For the Combined Hindi Translators Examination, 2025, the maximum permissible age limit for personnel appearing as an 'Own Scribe' is 22 years, as per the updated policy. All other guidelines regarding the Scribe facility remain consistent with the original examination notice.

Key Dates

  • Scribe OTR Mapping Deadline: Candidates who have opted for an 'own scribe' must map their Scribe OTR by 10.12.2025 (11 PM). A Scribe pass will only be generated for candidates who successfully complete this mapping.
  • Admission Certificates & Scribe Entry Pass: These will be made live approximately 02-03 days prior to the examination date, which is 14.12.2025. They can also be downloaded through the designated login module once available.
