Document Verification & Medical Examination Schedule

The Railway Recruitment Board, Jammu-Srinagar, has released the schedule for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) under CEN-01/2024. Candidates provisionally shortlisted bearing specific roll numbers are advised to refer to the original notice for their scheduled DV dates.

Important Dates & Reporting

• DV Dates: 27.10.2025 to 31.10.2025.
• DV Session: Forenoon.
• Reporting Time: 09:00 AM.
• Block Date for Absentees: 11.11.2025 at 09:00 AM at the office of RRB, Jammu. This is a final opportunity for candidates who fail to report on their assigned dates due to valid reasons. No fresh e-call letters will be issued for the block date.

Document Verification Process

Candidates are required to:

1. Upload Details: Upload their signature, latest photograph, and two permanent identification marks on the official portal https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/. The portal will be active from 10 days prior to the DV date until the DV date.
2. Documents Required: Bring all required certificates/documents in original, along with two self-attested sets of A4 size XEROX copies, as detailed in the CEN and e-call letter.
3. No Extra Time: No additional time will be given for producing original documents, and non-compliance will lead to forfeiture of candidature.

Medical Examination

• After completing DV, candidates will be sent for medical examination at a nominated Railway Hospital under RRB's jurisdiction on the subsequent day.
• Candidates should be prepared to stay for three to four days.
• A medical fee of Rs. 24/- must be paid.

General Instructions and Warnings

• Candidature is purely provisional and is subject to cancellation at any stage due to inconsistencies, deficiencies, discrepancies, or malpractice.
• Mere shortlisting for DV/Medical Examination does not guarantee an appointment in the Railways.
• RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors or typographical mistakes in the result. No correspondence will be entertained regarding such errors.
• Candidates are advised to refer only to the official RRB websites for the latest updates and to beware of unauthenticated sources and touts making fake promises of jobs. Selection is based solely on Computer Based Test (CBT) and merit.
