Document Verification and Medical Examination Schedule for Scientific Supervisor / Ergonomics and Training (CEN No. 07/2024)

This notice announces the schedule for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination for candidates shortlisted under CEN No. 07/2024 for the post of Scientific Supervisor / Ergonomics and Training.

Document Verification Schedule

  • Date and Time: December 05, 2025, at 09:30 Hrs.
  • Venue: Office of the Railway Recruitment Board, Railway Station Road, Gorakhpur-273012 (UP).
  • Candidates Shortlisted: A total of two candidates (Roll Numbers: 197244190251549, 197242130282320) have been shortlisted for DV.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  1. E-Call Letter: Candidates must bring the e-call letter for document verification, which can be downloaded from the official website of RRB Gorakhpur (www.rrbgkp.gov.in). The e-call letter contains a list of original documents required on its back side/2nd page. Candidates must also bring one original valid & current photo ID proof and Address ID proof as presented during the CBT.
  2. Documents Required: Candidates are required to produce all original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies of all documents at the time of DV. If certificates are not in English/Hindi, a self-attested translated version (in Hindi/English) must be produced. All certificates must be in the prescribed formats. No additional time will be granted for producing original certificates, and failure to do so may lead to forfeiture/cancellation of candidature.
  3. Photographs: Bring six (6) passport-size colour photographs, not more than one month old, for DV and Medical Examination. Candidates should also bring their CBT-1 e-call letter foil.
  4. Mobile Phones: Mobile phones are strictly prohibited during document verification (DV) and Medical Examination.
  5. Medical Test: Candidates must attend a Medical Test (Examination) after Document Verification. A fee of Rs. 24/- is payable towards the medical examination fee at the DV venue. The date and place of the Medical Examination will be intimated at the time of DV, and the Admit Card for the Medical Test will be issued then. Candidates should be prepared to stay for more than four days for the DV/Medical Examination process.
  6. Personal Belongings: Candidates are advised not to bring their belongings to the Railway Hospitals as no storage facility is available. They should only carry the Admit Card for the Medical Test, one original valid & current Photo ID, and Address ID proof. No fees will be charged at the Hospital for the Medical Examination, so candidates are advised not to carry cash.

Block Date for Absentee Candidates

  • Date: December 16, 2025
  • Time: 10:00 Hrs.
  • Reason: A second and final chance is provided to candidates who fail to report for Document Verification on their assigned date with valid reasons, such as appearing in a University/Government examination or due to sickness. No other reasons will be considered.
  • Note: No fresh e-call letter will be sent for this purpose. Candidates can attend with the same e-call letter uploaded for the regular Document Verification.

  • Warning: Beware of touts who may misguide candidates with false promises of selection through illegal means. The recruitment process for RRB exams is fully computerized and selection is based purely on the merit of candidates.
