Shortlisting for Document Verification & Medical Examination

Based on the performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted from 2025-09-10 to 2025-09-12 for various Ministerial and Isolated categories notified under Centralized Employment Notification (CEN NO 07/2024), candidates bearing the Roll Numbers listed (in ascending order and not in merit wise) have been provisionally shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) & Medical Examination.

Document Verification (DV) Process

  • Document Verification (DV) will be held at the place indicated in the e-call letter for DV.
  • Candidates will be informed via Email/SMS/Website to download their e-call letter, which will contain details of the date, reporting time, and instructions for Document Verification and Medical Examination.
  • Candidates must bring two sets of self-attested photocopies in A4 size along with all original documents as mentioned in the CEN and e-call letter.
  • Certificates produced during the DV should be in the prescribed format and either in English or Hindi.
  • No additional time will be given for not producing original certificates on the DV date.
  • Candidates absent during the DV and/or medical examination will forfeit their candidature.

Medical Examination (ME) Details

  • After completing DV, candidates will be sent for Medical Examination at nominated Railway Hospitals within the RRB's jurisdiction on the next day of the DV.
  • This process involves travel from the RRB to the Railway Hospital city.
  • Candidates should be prepared for DV & Medical Examination for more than 3 to 4 days.
  • A prescribed medical fee of Rs 24/- is to be paid. No other charges are required for the medical examination at the hospitals/health units.
  • In rare cases, if investigations like CT scan, Ultra Sound, or tests for refractive eye surgery are required and the necessary facility is unavailable at the Railway Hospital/Health Unit, candidates may have to pay for such investigations at concerned external laboratories/hospitals.

General Instructions and Important Points

  • Candidates can view their individual result/score card by logging into the RRB portal using their Registration Number and Date of Birth. This facility will be available for fifteen days from the date of this notice.
  • Candidature of all shortlisted candidates for Document Verification is purely provisional and is liable to be cancelled at any stage of recruitment in case of inconsistency/deficiency in data or any malpractice.
  • Merely calling a candidate for Document Verification does not entitle them to an appointment in the Railways.
  • While every care has been taken in preparing the list, RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors or typographical/printing mistakes. RRB regrets inability to entertain any correspondence from unsuccessful candidates.
  • All recruitment activities by Railways are purely on a merit basis.
  • Candidates are not required to make any payments to authorities other than the prescribed Medical Examination fee of Rs 24/-.
  • Beware of touts who may misguide candidates with false promises of selection on illegal consideration. The recruitment process is fully computerized, and selection is purely based on merit.
  • Candidates are advised to regularly visit the RRB's official website for regular updates and information.
