Application Process

  • Registration is complete only upon successful fee deposit through online mode.

  • Candidates will be given the option to indicate three different Circles for the above three posts during online application. The Bank reserves the right to make appropriate decisions in case of incorrect selection or repetition of a Circle. No change requests for Circle preference will be entertained. Candidature may be considered for other Circles if choices are not met.
  • Vacancies are indicative, and the Bank reserves the right to transfer services of Officers Engaged on Contract (OECs) to any of its offices in India or to depute to associates/subsidiaries or other organizations as per service exigencies. Posting/transfer requests to specific places will not be entertained.

Important Information

  • Candidates who previously received offer letters for Wealth Management & Premier Banking (WBPM) but did not join will be debarred for 2 years from applying.
  • Candidates previously engaged on contract who resigned will be debarred for 2 years from applying.
  • Candidates previously engaged on contract who resigned and had a caution notice issued will be barred from all future recruitments.
  • The number of vacancies, including reserved ones, is provisional and may vary.
  • Minimum educational qualification and relevant full-time experience are mandatory as on specified dates.

  • EWS reservation is governed by Office Memorandum No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dtd. 31.01.2019 of Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel (DoPT). EWS vacancies are tentative and subject to Income & Asset certificate verification.
  • Benefit of EWS reservation requires an "Income and Asset Certificate" issued by the competent authority for the relevant financial year on or before the online application closure date. EWS candidates without the FY2024-25 certificate by the closure date should apply under the "UR Category".
  • Experience certificate from the employer must explicitly state field-related experience. Bank reserves the right to cancel candidature without proper certificate.
  • Bank reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process entirely or for any post.
  • State Bank Group/Companies employees must produce a "No Objection Certificate" (NOC).

  • Specific Skills: Mandatory: Valid driving licence for two-wheeler.
  • Job Profile: Providing on-ground support to Relationship Managers for document collection from clients, sending to relevant departments for service requests, and in-person client meetings.
  • Key Responsibility Areas: Assisting Relationship Managers in collecting and delivering documents to/from Wealth Clients; assisting Service Managers in onboarding documentation; assisting Relationship Managers/Service Managers in collection and delivery of documents across departments; Door-step Banking; and any other tasks assigned by the Bank.

General Remarks

Key Responsibility Areas will be assigned upon joining. The job profile is illustrative, and additional roles may be assigned by the Bank.

Leave

Proposed Officers engaged on Contract (OECs) are entitled to 30 days of leave during the financial year for genuine and appropriate reasons.

Notice Period

The contract can be terminated without assigning any reason by giving 2 months' notice from either side or by payment/surrender of 2 months' compensation amount in lieu thereof.

Call Letter for Interview

Intimation/call letter for interview will be sent by email or uploaded on the Bank's website. No hard copy will be sent.

Selection Process

The selection process comprises shortlisting followed by one or more rounds of personal/telephonic/video interview and CTC negotiations.

  • Shortlisting: Mere fulfillment of minimum qualification and experience does not guarantee an interview. The shortlisting committee will decide parameters, and the Bank's decision to call candidates for an interview is final.
  • Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
  • CTC Negotiation: Will be conducted one-by-one at the time of or after the interview process.
  • Merit List: Prepared in descending order based on interview scores. In case of tie, candidates will be ranked according to their age (descending order).

Guidelines for Filling Online Application

  • Scan and upload your latest photograph and signature. Applications without these uploads will not be registered.
  • Fill the application carefully. A save facility is available (up to three times) generating a provisional registration number and password.
  • After registering online, candidates are advised to take a printout of the system-generated online application forms.

Guidelines for Payment of Fees

  • Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) are INR 750/- for UR/EWS/OBC candidates. No fees for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
  • Payment is made online through the payment gateway. Transaction charges, if any, will be borne by the candidates.
  • An e-receipt and application form will be generated upon successful transaction.
  • If payment fails, fresh attempts should be made. The e-receipt and application form can be reprinted later.
