Special Instructions for Eligibility and Application
- Only female candidates are eligible for the advertised posts.
- Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification for the Anganwadi Helper post is Intermediate (12th grade) or equivalent. Merit will be prepared based on the maximum educational qualification, up to Postgraduate.
- Age Limit: The minimum age for the applicant for the Anganwadi Helper post will be 18 years, and the maximum age will be 35 years as on 01.07.2025. The date of birth mentioned in the High School (10th grade) mark sheet and certificate will be considered valid for age calculation.
- Preference (Widows/Divorced/Deserted Women): In the selection process, preference will be given to widowed, legally divorced, or deserted women from families living below the poverty line (BPL) and residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward (in urban areas).
- Required Documents for Preference: For widows, a death certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer/concerned Municipal Body and a certified copy of the family register will be valid. For divorced/deserted women, legal orders issued by the Hon'ble High Court will be valid.
- Further Preference (BPL Women): If no candidate is found from a widowed/divorced/deserted woman's family living below the poverty line, then other women from families living below the poverty line in the same Gram Sabha/Ward (in urban areas) will be considered.
- Further Preference (Above Poverty Line - APL Widows/Divorced/Deserted Women): If candidates as per the above criteria are not found, then widowed/divorced/deserted women from families living above the poverty line (APL) in the same Gram Sabha/Ward (in urban areas) will be considered.
- General Women (APL): If candidates as per the above criteria are not found, then other women from families living above the poverty line in the same Gram Sabha/Ward (in urban areas) will be considered.
- Domicile and Caste Certificate: Only domicile and caste certificates issued online with a digital signature by the Tehsil will be valid, as their online verification is possible.
- Income Certificate: Only income certificates issued by the competent authority as per Government Order No. 3959/1-9-11-00-9 dated 30.09.2011 of Revenue Section-9, Government of Uttar Pradesh, will be valid, as their online verification is possible.
