Table III: Grade A (Legal) - Reservation for PWBD
There is no specific reservation for PWBD candidates for the post of Legal Service. However, PWBD candidates belonging to categories as indicated in Table III and Table IV below and subject to their eligibility, may apply for these posts, without any concession except for age relaxation. (No age relaxation for the post of Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security Service) in Grade ‘A’).
Table IV: Grade A (Protocol & Security Service) - Reservation for PWBD
There is no reservation for PWBD candidates for the posts of Legal Service and Protocol & Security Service. However, PWBD candidates belonging to categories as indicated in the Table III and Table IV above and subject to their eligibility, may apply for these posts, without any concession except for age relaxation. No age relaxation for the post of Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security Service) in Grade ‘A’. Visually Challenged (VC) persons with specific conditions are eligible.
Reservation for Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
Persons not covered under SC/ST/OBC reservation and with a gross annual family income below Rs. 8.00 lakh (Rupees eight lakh) are identified as EWS for reservation benefit. Income from all sources for the financial year prior to the year of application is considered. Persons owning certain assets (5 acres of agricultural land, 1000 sq. ft. residential flat, residential plot of 100 sq. yards in notified municipalities, or 200 sq. yards in non-notified areas) are excluded, irrespective of income.

Candidates can apply for only ONE Post/Discipline. Educational qualifications must be met as on 01.11.2025. Final year/semester results must be declared on or before 01.11.2025.

A) Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A' (RURAL DEVELOPMENT BANKING SERVICE) (RDBS)
- General: Bachelor's Degree in any subject with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD - 55%) OR Post Graduate degree, MBA/PGDM with 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD - 50%) OR CA/CS/CMA/ICWA OR Ph.D from recognized institutions.
- Chartered Accountant: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with ICAI Membership obtained on or before 01.11.2025.

C) Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (Protocol & Security Service)
- Age (as on 01.11.2025): Between 25 and 40 Years (no age relaxation for any category). Candidates born not earlier than 02 November 1985 and not later than 01 November 2000 are eligible.
- Experience (as on 01.11.2025): Officer with a minimum of ten years' (five years for PWBD) Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force holding a valid Ex-Serviceman Identity Card.
- Job Requirements: Responsible for Watch and Ward arrangements, Protocol duties, Maintenance/Security of Bank's properties, and Control over deployed staff.
Age Relaxation (as on 01.11.2025)
- General Age Limit: 21 to 30 years (Born between 02 November 1995 and 01 November 2004).
- OBC: 3 years.
- SC/ST: 5 years.
- Ex-servicemen: Maximum of 5 years.

Process for Arriving at Scores
- Corrected Scores are obtained after applying a 1/4th penalty for wrong answers in Phase-I and Phase-II. Scores are equated across sessions.
- Cut-offs in Phase I and Phase II are applied in two stages: on individual test scores and on Total Score.
- Merit list for each stage is prepared discipline-wise.
- Final selection and ranking for Assistant Manager (RDBS/Legal) are based on Phase-II Main Examination and Interview performance, provided candidates appear in the Psychometric Test.

Emoluments and Service Conditions
- Pay Scale: Starting basic pay of Rs. 44,500/- p.m. in the scale of Rs. 44500 – 2500 (4) – 54500 – 2850 (7) – 74450 – EB – 2850 (4) – 85850 – 3300 (1) – 89150 (17 Years). Eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance. Initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 1,00,000/-.
- Perquisites: Bank's accommodation (subject to availability), vehicle maintenance reimbursement, newspaper, internet, telephone charges, book grant, furnishing allowance, free dispensary, medical expense reimbursement, interest-free festival advance, Leave Travel Concession, Loans and Advances at concessional rates.
- Pension Scheme: Governed by the defined contribution to New Pension Scheme (NPS) in addition to Gratuity and Group Term Insurance Plan.
- Probation: Initial appointment for 2 years, extendable for a further maximum period of one year.
- Posting: All selected candidates are liable to be posted and transferred anywhere in India.

Pre-Recruitment Training (PRT)

General Instructions
- Applicants must fulfill all eligibility criteria. Candidature will be cancelled if false information is provided.
- No mobile phones, calculators, or other electronic devices are allowed in the examination hall.
- Applicants already in service must produce a 'No Objection Certificate' at the time of Interview.
- Identity Verification: Candidates must carry their Call Letter along with original and a photocopy of a currently valid photo identity proof (e.g., PAN Card, Passport, Aadhar Card). Aadhar Card is required for biometric authentication.
- The SC/ST/OBC/PWBD/EWS certificates must be in the prescribed format and issued by the competent authority. OBC certificates must be valid for the financial year 2025-2026, issued on or after 01-04-2025. EWS certificates must be valid for the financial year 2025-2026, issued on or after 01-04-2025.
- Biometric Data Capturing: Biometric data (thumb impression) and photograph will be captured from the Main Examination onwards and verified subsequently.
