Shortlisting for Teaching Skill Test / Performance Test and Translation Test

Based on the performance of candidates in the Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted from 2025-09-10 to 2025-09-12 for various posts of Ministerial and Isolated categories notified against Centralized Employment Notification (CEN NO 07/2024), candidates bearing the Roll Numbers listed in the original document (in ascending order and not in merit wise) have been provisionally shortlisted for the Teaching Skill Test / Performance Test and Translation Test.

  • Results for all other notified posts which do not have Translation Test/ Performance Test/ Teaching Skill Test will be declared at the time of publishing result of Shortlisting for Document Verification.
  • The total number of candidates shortlisted for the Translation Test is 10 times the notified vacancies, and for Teaching Skill Test/Performance Test, it is 2.5 times the notified vacancies, subject to the availability of qualified candidates.
  • If a candidate has appeared in more than one category (more than one shift) consisting of distinct question papers based on their eligibility and post preference, they have been shortlisted accordingly as per their merit in the category.
  • Candidates can view their individual result/score card and question paper with final answer key by logging into official websites of RRBs using their Registration No. and Date of Birth. This facility will be available only for fifteen days from the date of this notice. The Score card will be provided only for those categories for which results of shortlisting have been published.
  • For remaining categories, the score card and question paper with final answer key will be made available for concerned candidates after publishing the result of shortlisting for Document Verification.
  • The Translation Test/Teaching Skill Test/ Performance Test will be held at the place indicated in the e-call letter. All shortlisted candidates will be informed through official Websites/SMS/Email (as provided in their application) about the actual date of Translation Test/Teaching Skill Test/ Performance Test. Candidates are advised to regularly visit RRB's official website for regular updates and information.
  • The candidature of all shortlisted candidates for the Translation Test / Teaching Skill Test/ Performance Test is purely provisional and is liable to be cancelled at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, in case of any inconsistency/deficiency/discrepancy detected in the information furnished by them in their online application or any malpractice. Merely calling a candidate for Translation Test / Teaching Skill Test/ Performance Test does not entitle them to an appointment in the Railways.
  • While every care has been taken in preparing the result, RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical/printing mistake. RRB regrets the inability to entertain any correspondence on this account from the candidates.
  • Candidates may note that all recruitment-related activities by Railways are purely on merit basis only, and candidates are not required to make any payment to any authorities for the Translation Test / Teaching Skill Test/ Performance Test.
  • Important: Beware of touts who may misguide candidates with false promises of selection for the job on illegal consideration. The recruitment process in RRB exams is fully computerized, and selection is based purely on the merit of candidates.
